Atlanta Based Artist Twnty47 Goes Off In “Sum Bitches”

Atlanta based music producer, Meco The Great a.k.a. Twnty47 has been producing music since Verse Simmonds break out hit “Buy You A Round”. Impressively developing his songwriting abilities with industry legends Trickey and Laney Stewart. In 2018 a new flame was ignited when Twnty47 decided to pursue a new passion for music, being an artist. As a producer, he developed a sound of his own using his natural ability to play music.

Making music since he was 16 years old, Twnty47’s latest track “Sum Bitches” truly showcases his versatility as an artist. His voice has character and the more you listen to his recent music, the more notable this becomes. If the title isn’t enough, musically “Sum Bitches” is quick to leave its mark with an intermittently heavy beat that hits with impact. Twnty47 delves into his own personal story and world in detail through flawless bars. Consistently offering inspiring honesty and a likeable sense of realness that’s easier to connect with. By the time “Sum Bitches” comes to an end, it manages to leave a far more memorable mark than the intro first implies. In hindsight, that modern twang of the hook works well to grab the attention of a broader audience. A dope new track from Twnty47! We can’t wait to see what he delivers next.

Welcome to BuzzMusic Twnty47! How did you first get started making music?

I grew up with my grandparents and my g mama had a piano. She notice me playing it all the time and decided to get me some lessons.

 What initially inspired you?

Timbo, Rodery Jerkins, Pharrell, and Teddy Riley all shaped my musical perspective and sonic pallet.

How do your early releases compare to your sound now?

I think my music now is more polished. I learned some tricks from Trickey Stewart from being in a publishing deal with him. His older brother Laney Stewart, took me under his wing and helped develop my Pen Game.

What was the writing process like for your track “Sum Bitches”?

It’s all the same I just tell da truth. Once I know what I wanna say it it’s like running water.

What do you hope your listeners take away from this track?

Understanding...

This track is a salute to that 1 female that just understand what we doing. The vibe is always right with her.. Every person has experienced it I just decided to talk about it.

What do you hope to achieve as a hip-hop artist through the end of 2019?

I’m going to talk about shit that most grown ass men are scared to bring up. My writing perspective is conversational, so I hope to build a stronger dialogue in relationships.
