Yo, thanks for having me! Sure, background wise I'm Jamaican born London raised. As for upbringing, hmm a humble diet of wings, gospel and grime- that's an informative answer right?
CoffeeWxlf is a dope song! What was the inspiration behind this record?
Appreciate that! It was a series of small inspirations, reconstructing past relationships. I really dig Travis Scott's "Coffee Bean" so I wanted to do my own take.
Is there a message or morale you wanted your listener to leave with from listening to CoffeeWxlf?
You know I'd love to give you a big abstract answer for that, but honestly the only message is just that stuff happens really. Sometimes things don't work, but you can't dwell on it for too long. Just appreciate the lessons, ask yourself the necessary questions and flip that sh*t into positives.
What is the legacy you hope to leave behind you as an artist!?
Oh you hit me with a deep question there. Hmm I just want to leave behind dope stuff for people to vibe to and enjoy, forever and ever until some sort of apocalypse situation dooms humanity. Zombies or ice age I don't mind.
