Sticking true to their southern roots there is no other band that can best represent the phrases “Hey y’all” and “Yee-haw” than the Aaron Walker Band who just recently released their new single "Jack & Jane". The band consists of Taylor Johnson on guitar and vocals, Ethan Maltsburger on bass, Tad Norton on drums, and the man with the name himself Aaron Walker on leading vocals.
Get ready to hit your local bar and play this on high volume because “Jack & Jane” is the perfect all American song that weaves the lines between romantic ballads and sassy country rock jams! The folk-like elements that you hear super clearly through the instruments were a unique feature to the already playful and pierced record. Listening to “Jack & Jane” made me want to get up and dance with an attractive love interest. Aaron Walker Band single handedly turned me into a fan with their tuneful lyrics and infectious melodies.
You’re bound to become abducted into the mesmerizing genre of country rock while listening to “Jack & Jane”. The vocalist has this southern twang to his voice which was incredibly amusing while listening because it significantly showcased the country swagger that was Aaron Walker. Mostly our guitarist Taylor and our drummer Tad have written together for alot of our songs, but Ethan our bassist and I will put our input in and give lines on certain songs.
