Raised a Native of Cave Creek, Arizona, Cali Rodi found herself introduce to all the punk and pop sounds, a typical musical itinerary for any millennial, these influences shape the music that she creates today.
Once her musical talents caught the eye of the iconic Keith Urban, Cali Rodi’s landed herself a well-deserved publishing deal that inspired her to move to LA.
Her latest release "blink 182 + u," creates an early 2000s nostalgia feeling that we all love. The punchy arrangement, electro-inspired hip-hop beats, and droning guitars are just a few elements that make this release her strongest song to date.
Like most 2020 has been a rollercoaster for Cali Rodi. In a recent interview with BuzzMusic, she spills everything that has kept her inspired throughout this year like her “neighborhood walks, re-watching “How I Met Your Mother,” baking pumpkin everything, getting teary-eyed listening to “Folklore,” and reading “Untamed” by Glennon Doyle”.
