Creft-Lo Motivates And Elevates In Newest Release “Reality”

Only 21 years old, Kevin Creft, also known as Creft-Lo is an up and coming hip-hop artist from the East end of Toronto, Canada. Here to change the rap game, Creft knows he has a talent and is unapologetically himself. Equipped with mesmerizing bars he’s got big things coming, and he knows it!

Creft-Lo’s brand new track “Reality” is a track all about making his hopes and dreams REAL. Creft-Lo have the ambition and drive to make it big. He hopes to make it out of Toronto and to provide a bigger house for his family. My favorite lyric has to be “Girls think I’m ugly, now they wanna call me”! It’s a quirky line but it holds a powerful weight of gaining the wrong attention through his success. “Reality” takes the listener into the future to showcase what can and will be. Creft-Lo got there by working hard and proving he’s the best through his prolific rhymes and independent grind. “Reality’” is definitive proof that Kevin Creft has earned his stripes and confidence.

Hi Kevin! How did you come up with your stage name?

I came up with my stage name just thinking about what would I like people to call me & what I should be known by I was thinking of names in my head & Creft-Lo stuck with me , I started to love it then decided to use it as my stage name.

Can you tell us more about the meaning of your track “Reality”? What inspired your writing process?

Honestly it’s just about my life , about wanting to move out from a 3 bedroom apartment to something bigger like a house or mansion, striving for bigger and better. It was one of those nights where I couldn’t sleep , I started listening to beats found the best I like and I just started writing and then realized I made a song & it’s a great song that I love.

Who are you top three musical influences? Why?

Fetty Wap, Nav & Speaker Knockerz , I feel like I have a little bit of all of their flows in my rap whether I’m singing or I’m rapping.

What would be your dream venue to perform?

My dream is to perform at a big stage with millions of people watching , it can honesty be anywhere in the world, I don’t have a particular location , just a big stage with big name artists.
