Dylan Chambers Brings '70s Soul Into the Spotlight With New Single “Lifting Me Up”

Singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer Dylan Chambers is keeping the momentum going with his latest single, “Lifting Me Up.” Blending the irresistible grooves of '70s soul with contemporary pop, the release captures the excitement of falling in love while showcasing the musical personality that continues to set Dylan Chambers apart.

Drawing inspiration from legendary acts like Earth, Wind & Fire and modern hitmakers like Bruno Mars, “Lifting Me Up” embraces the warmth of classic funk, R&B, and retro-pop. Its vibrant arrangements, rhythmic energy, and charismatic vocal delivery create a celebratory atmosphere that feels nostalgic without leaning too heavily on the past.

At its heart, “Lifting Me Up” is about the undeniable excitement of connecting with someone who makes everything feel a little brighter. Rather than complicate that emotion, Dylan Chambers leans into its simplicity, letting the song's buoyant instrumentation and feel-good personality carry the message.

The release follows a particularly eventful year for Dylan Chambers, including his biggest tour to date supporting Fitz & the Tantrums. His growing reputation as a dynamic live performer reflects an impressive musical background, with previous collaborations and performances alongside artists including Cory Wong, Allen Stone, John Oates, and Tori Kelly.

Dylan Chambers has also demonstrated considerable international appeal. His single “You Gotta Respect Yourself!” reached the Top 5 on the Tokyo Hot 100, while his debut EP, For Your Listening Pleasure!, featured collaborations with Cory Wong, LunchMoney Lewis, Dave Koz, and G. Love.

With a U.S. supporting tour alongside Bombargo beginning November 10, Dylan Chambers continues building on an already exciting year.
