Welcome back to BuzzMusic Sa Am-Oh! What have you been up to in the rap music scene lately?
I have working on my upcoming album titled “Talent I Used To Cage” and still Ghost writing.
Your latest track "Y Rappers B Stunnin" is catchy, but also incorporates an integral message within. Can you explain to our readers your truth that was embedded within the track?
The track “Why rappers be stunting” aka “Y Rappers B Stunnin” briefly explains the remarks we all sometimes make about rappers. “Oh rappers love yo show off”, “rappers love to stunt” I feel most of these rappers do what they do to celebrate their defeat over poverty or struggle or whatever adversities they’ve been through. I’m just trying to tell to slow down on their judgements.
What steps do you take in order to ensure your music is as authentic as it can be?
I just spoke from experience like I always do all of my songs are from experiences. Real stuff !
Can you try and explain the general elements you believe are needed for the success of your music? What do you think sets your music apart from others in the rap scene right now?
My music is and will always be about positivity. I just everyone to hear me out. Also I don’t rap I sing, but, my progress in rapping has been a testimony that we can do anything when we set our minds to it and we have a will.
It's incredible that you're recording your own tracks now! How does the process personally differ for you, recording yourself versus via other services before?
It’s a learning experience and I love it. I absolutely love it.
