Hi Letterhome- can you start by telling us a bit about yourself and how it feels to be releasing your latest single “The One”?
I'm letterhome and I'm a singer-songwriter from just outside of Toronto, Canada. I've been playing music my whole life and my goal with my music is to write how I feel and be honest. Releasing the one felt amazing! It was my very first music video and I am beyond stoked with how everything came out and the reception to the single as well as the EP appreciate you has been amazing.
Can you tell us a bit about your creative process?
Creative process varies each time but I usually start with the lyrics. Once I have a good base I then start writing the music. Generally start on a piano or guitar to get my chords then go from them. I write my music with my two friends Drake Andrews and Matt Burke. We all co-produced my EP appreciate you together.
Is there any artist you would like to collaborate with?
Would absolutely love to collaborate with Lauv. We have similar styles and are both very honest with our music. Ari, let's do this man!
Where do you draw your musical inspiration from?
Life. The experiences I go through, the people around me, family, friends, my aspirations and dreams. Those are my main inspirations.
What are you most looking forward to the coming year?
Releasing/writing more music, playing more shows, and getting my voice heard.
