Jurasik is a bulgarian native who was born in the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Jurasik grew up musically inclined as he’s been involved with many different instruments at a young age, including guitar, drums, and many more. Hip-hop was always his favorite genre but it was never something he had the passion for pursuing. However, once he turned 15 years old and began free styling with his friends they soon encouraged him to start taking rapping seriously but he had no knowledge of recording a song. After finding a local engineer and producer, he found a beat off YouTube and wrote his first song titled “Keep it real”. When he passed the song on his channel ‘JurasikTv’, he received an incredible amount of love and support from the viewers. This gave him the courage to continue down the road of hip-hop so he kept recording and releasing, which eventually led to many invites for hip-hop shows surrounding the island.
Jurasik wanted to progress from recording over beats so at the age of 16 years old, he bought his own production and began practicing creating beats. After around a year of practice, his beats finally came together and he started releasing them to the world! Fast forward, all the beats Jurasik puts out now he self-produced, mixed, mastered, and engineered! Jurasik aspires to become a successful hip-hop artist and producer on a global scale.
Jurasik released his single titled “Don’t Behave” and it began with a funky introduction that had us instantly intrigued. After learning Jurasik creates everything on his own, it had us way more in tuned with the beat and the way it was executed. Jurasik took meticulous time creating this masterful song and we couldn’t help but love it. Jurasik has the entire package down! His flow and delivery was fire! He moved effortlessly with the beat, staying on measure and not going off-beat. Jurasik is a star in his own way. He has every capacity possible to help transport his listeners on an expanding journey that’s almost unforgettable through “Don’t Behave”. Jurasik flawlessly achieved his goal of blending his listener with his music and creating a union between the delivery. “Don’t Behave” isn’t an aggressive, highly-intense record, nor is it a lo-fi laid back bop, but it’s a nice fusion of the both. Hello and welcome to BuzzMusic! Can you tell our readers about yourself and what made you start your career in music?
I have always been a big fan of music and I try to surround myself with it as much as I can throughout the day. I don't have one specific genre that I like honestly if it sounds good that works for me. My main focus however is on Hip-Hop and from a young age I've been listening to Eminem, 50 Cent, basically all the big names you can think of. From listening to their music I've been able to create my own sound and have a vision for what I want to become. Hip-Hop music has always moved me and is also a good form of expression so I think that's the main thing that made start writing lyrics. Just writing down whatever comes to mind or if I'm feeling something it feels good to just be able to put it out there. Like any artist I want to be at the top of the table and have many dreams come true however it was my desire to create something that lead to take a firm decision on solely focusing on music. A lot of risks come with this but I love it, it's exciting.
Tell us about “Don’t Behave”, what is the meaning behind the song?
After I produced the beat I knew that if I wrote lyrics over it, it could turn out really good. Like my usual process with writing, I sit and I just listen to the instrumental and the words just start coming. I started with the chorus and once I figured out the flow, Don't Behave was the first thing that came. The rest just follows naturally. The song speaks for itself I mean when you hear Don't Behave, you'll probably have the idea that it's going to be about what you shouldn't be doing. I'm also trying to convey that I will get what I want no matter what and that there is no time to waste.
What inspired you to write “Don’t Behave”? What was the creation process like?
Don't Behave was created on the spot in the studio I was in so I can't really say that something specific inspired me but rather that I knew the beat hit hard, so all I needed to do was write even harder lyrics that people will remember. It probably took me a day to finish the whole song. Sometimes I look through it the day after just in case I notice something that could be better. Once I had everything ready, I recorded, mixed, and mastered the song myself.
What do you want your new fans and listeners to get out of "Don't Behave"?
For anyone that has heard the song or will be listening to it just remember that your obstacle is yourself and no one else. You shouldn't cave into people's hate and let them discourage you because if you really want something you can have it. When you get lost into what people might be saying about you, that is only blocking your creativity and you're just giving them the energy they don't deserve. Work hard and don't let anything stop you.

I will continue making music and releasing songs regularly, one of my singles is already done and waiting to be released.I will also try to plan some shows throughout the summer in the island of Cyprus. I am currently producing beats for other rappers and hopefully have some great collaborations coming both as an artist and producer.
