Is there an overall theme you are trying to capture when writing songs?
Not theatrically but musically a blend of the unexpected and the familiar.
How does the writing process usually work for you guys as a band?
I write some guitar riffs, we do prep as a band and then we start recording as soon as possible.
What do you see as the most important habits of successful people?
Complete devotion to what they truly care about and a total lack of attention to what they don't. Energy flows where attention goes.
What does it mean to you, to be authentic?
That you can unconditionally give yourself to something that matters to you and no matter what the outcome is, you can still sleep at night.
Is there anything, in particular, you are looking forward to in 2021?
Making things that matter.
