Welcome to Buzz Music, Lil Forbes! It's our pleasure to have you here today. This record, "Searching for Success," is highly catchy and inspiring. What moments inspired you to 'pen down' this record and all your feelings in it?
Well, it all started when I was home listening to a song called Self-proclaimed 3 by a Canadian rapper named Dax; his music has been inspiring me for so long now, and so his song inspired me, so I decided that no more wasting time it's time I go out there and search for success, and so that's how I came up with the name of my song Searching for Success.
We're in love with the production on this track. Who helped you piece it all together, and what was the process behind the creation?
Well, my friend, that's a music producer, is the one who helped me with the production of the track. Ever since I started my music career in 2020, he's been helping me and supporting me.
When did you first realize making music was a passion of yours, and what made you decide to pursue it?
I first realized that music had been my passion ever since I was much younger, listening in my house and stuff. One day one of my friends told me that I got talent. I've always loved music growing up, I've been a huge fan ever since, and I've been a huge fan of Eminem too, cause most of my inspiration came from him, so I decided to try and make a song one day, it's constantly my dream to be a musician.
Are there any musicians who inspired you growing up that made your dreams feel real and achievable?
Eminem was my idol growing up, and he's still my idol. I look up to him a lot, and I love his music and all he does.
What's next for you?
Next for me is to get the world to see my talent and see that I have what it takes to be a great musician one day. My dream is to let the world know my name because wherever I go, I want people to recognize me anywhere and see how far I've come on my own.
