SilverSity is an eclectic new musical trio! With cultural background ranging from Thai, Filipino, and American, they fuse their influences to create original new music. Blending hip-hop, pop, and dance music, SilverSity has an individual sound that is authentically their own. Sometimes creating track in various languages, they mainly focus on English and create tracks for everyone from all walks of life.

Hey, welcome to BuzzMusic! How did you get started making music together and createSilverSity?
Hey BuzzMusic, thanks for having us! So Tyler & Josh had an idea of making a group for fun, called “SilverSity.” Tyler created a YouTube channel to do music & dance covers— doing collaborations with other rappers, singers, & dancers. Tyler collaborated with Ahn and liked Ahn’s talent and energy. Tyler introduced the music group to Ahn and Ahn become interested to join. From then on, the three became members of SilverSity!
What inspired your song “My Life”? What was the writing process like?
We wanted to try and produce/write a fun party song for our first single!
The writing process took a couple months because we never really had much availabilities, but the producing was like a month because Tyler was the one to handling that at his house.
Where is the best setting to listen to your songs, and what do you hope people take away from them?
The best setting to listen to it, would be like a party setting. Also what we hope for people to take away from this? Is really just to know we are SilverSity and this is us. Plan on making more music, with those multi languages, and towards the Pop kinda genre (it’s more of an Introduction song, but also a party vibe)
What are your main aspirations as an artist going forward?
To be known, sharing our stories, and help sending positive messages through our songs (due to our next songs, coming soon)
What other projects are you working on through the end of 2019?
We plan on putting out an EP somewhere near the end of the year. Also will be having an Album next month or so, of all of our music covers on our YouTube channel
