Hi Chris Bensinger, welcome to BuzzMusic! Can you tell our readers more about your upbringing and what really pushed you to get started in the music industry?
Thank you for such a warm welcome! Music has always been very meaningful to me it was one of those things I could never let go. I started at a very young age when my parents put me in a choir and it all kinda started from there! also listening to my favorite artists growing up really inspired me and pushed me to become an artist myself.
We’re always interested in how artists convey their music. If you had to describe yours without using any specific genre names (ie: Pop) how would you describe it?
A storytelling masterpiece for sure! The real truth.
We love your track 'With You', it’s very vulnerable and real. Can you tell us more about the inspiration behind it? Do you try to base all of your songwriting on life experiences?
Of course, the song with you was written for someone who has a very big chunk of my heart, she has made me a better person and helped me through my biggest struggles in life and that's my best friend and girlfriend! this was actually my first ever song written about someone I wanted to give it a try and it turned out being my best song yet so to answer that question I think its all preference but writing a song about real-life events vs. something made up is very different in many ways.
What challenges have you faced as an up and coming artist in Los Angeles? How do you overcome those challenges?
I think the one thing is about rising up in such a known music city is expressing yourself in a way that's you because there are so many people who will be the same as you but YOU have to be the one that can see the difference and if you do others will too.

I'm actually working on my first ever album that should be coming out next year but I'm super excited to share it with all of you.
