Bringing us some tropical sounds of summer from Amelia Island off the coast of Florida, LAYTON is beginning to make a name for herself with her beach-vibes Pop music style.
The blossoming artist discovered her passion for music at an early age and surrounded herself with a diversity of genres growing up. In 2015, LAYTON embarked on education in songwriting at Belmont University in Nashville.
With her intrinsic appreciation of the arts combined with her musical education, LAYTON soon began releasing original songs that fit into the world of singer-songwriter and folk. Her writing style has always had an alluring storytelling aura, but it continues to evolve with every poetic release.
In addition to her rhythmic singles, LAYTON has been known to diversify her skillset by collaborating with other musicians as a featured artist. Working on another artists’ track allows LAYTON to share her carefree self through her feature, versus the methodical and personal authenticity of her original songs.
