“Trump Card” starts with some crisp snares and 808s, but don’t let that fool you. By the time you’ve hardly taken one breath, Unhealthy While Unhinged kicks off a vicious drum and guitar performance that feels like they put every ounce of their being into this release.
UWU feels like they just have that “it” factor, and as lines like “So sick of all these motherfuckers just like you / Still walking around without a goddamn clue,” and “I'm sending it back / Prepare to get mad / Only way out / Is out in a bag” are delivered with righteous rage. It’s hard not to get goosebumps.
