Hey Tie Bond! Welcome to BuzzMusic! What inspired you to first begin making music and releasing it to the public?
Well growing up, listening to my favorite bands/rappers & seeing them perform live, sparked it in me to want to pursue music & perform around the world.
You seem to be an artist that puts more thought into his lyrics than most. What can you tell us about the lyrical depth within “Palm Trees”?
I appreciate that, thank you! When writing palm trees it went really smooth honestly. I had visioned a very luxury living lifestyle that I and maybe others, the dream of having & I put it into a song.
Mixed along with my journey & how I have made the sacrifices to get to this point in my career.
Since you’ve been making music for several years, how would you compare some of the earlier material you’ve written to your newest release “Palm Trees”?
I would say my earlier music just wasn’t as good of quality as Palm Trees is. My writing & structure of how to put a song together has improved as well. I recorded my earlier songs in my basement mix & mastering them myself for 5+ years learning as I go. “Palm Trees” was the first in-studio song I recorded & felt it was time to give my music the quality it deserved.
What was it like working with Chris Cordova for the music video? What was the overall concept for the visuals?
I love working with Chris! It wasn’t my first time & definitely not the last. The energy, vibes, creativity, it was fun & all smiles, all day.
It’s what you want on to set many memories were made & can’t wait to create more!
Now, the overall concept for the visuals of Palm Trees was to match what I was saying in the song. And with the beautiful location we filmed at - “Picasso Of Malibu” I think we did just that!
We really appreciate you chatting with us about your incredible music! What’s next for you artistically? Does your creativity manifest itself in other ways?
Thank you for giving me this platform to share my music on!
What’s next is another new single dropping this month & many more to follow! And my debut album in 2020. Music is what I have been focusing my creative energy on, but I want to create clothing, accessories, to act in movies or TV shows & venture into different businesses.
Again, thank you for allowing me to share my music on here! If you want to follow me to stay updated on my music, Instagram is the best place to do so!
