Wildhorse Expands on the Creation of Hit Single, "Record Collection"

The East Sussex-based alternative-rock trio Wildhorse elaborates on the creation and release of their latest nostalgic single entitled "Record Collection."

Comprised of Jack Baldwin, Henry Baldwin, and Ed Barnes, the trio has been busier than ever, crafting and reworking their versatile sound. Recently releasing their swinging single, "Record Collection," Wildhorse expanded on the song's creative process through a recent interview with us.

Mentioning that the song was inspired by personal events, Wildhorse's latest single, "Record Collection," encourages listeners to normalize platonic friendships between two people of the opposite gender.

When touching on Wildhorse's creative process, the band had this to say, "We always try to make every element of the song have a hook to draw people in and keep our sound meaningful and interesting."

As our interview with the trio came to a close, Wildhorse reminded us to be on the lookout for more nostalgic sounds in the future, "The nostalgia of the 60s and 70s has always been an important part of our sound," says Wildhorse.
