It’s no surprise that Zack Gross is a gifted piano player. Hailing from Miami, Zack has been playing piano since the age of 5 years old. He completed the piano preparatory program at the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, studied classical piano at Rochester, New York’s Eastman School of Music, and graduated from the University of Rochester with a minor in music. Never sticking to one genre, Zack Gross remains versatile with his music, blending classical piano, pop, jazz, blues, and electronic genres into one explosive new sound.
At only two minutes long, Zack Gross’ latest release “Waves” needs no more time to make an impact on the listener. With a soulful, almost jazz-inspired piano melody, Zack incorporates his well known surprising electronic additions to create an absolute hit! Staying true to its title, “Waves” moves through a musical journey of ups and downs. Sometimes it’s a purely organic piano, and other times the electronic cadences rain down around the listener, completely enveloping you in the Zack Gross experience. Another perk of “Waves” only being two minutes long, a second and third listen are easy to manage. Groovy enough to sway along to and upbeat enough to get you off your feet, “Waves” is a highly danceable track that we can’t get enough of.
