Hey there Beyond Tha Noize! Welcome back to BuzzMusic! “STOP” is category transforming! Tell us how you came to produce this track!
Firstly i would like to thankyou this interview i really appreciate it so... cut a long story short the track it originally started out as a remix of another track but evolved into its own standalone track and we decided to search out for original vocals from a certain someone in Los Angeles which we found.
We know that your music is known for rooting itself in innovation and a sense of modernity. Where do you search for and/or end up finding your inspiration for such contemporary stylings?
We take inspiration from so many different genres both past and present and we take out parts of each song which we are inspired by to create our style of music similar to what a fashion designer does with clothes.
Your latest release “STOP” is definitively lively, with such an eclectic, yet modern take on production. How did you intend to connect with your listeners with this particular track?!
With this track STOP (Read The Signs) we created a positive uplifting vibe that will hopefully inspire the listeners to live there best life they can and fulfill there dreams and goals in what ever they are passionate about.
How do you feel your music would have progressed differently without the predominant inspiration drawing from your Father? How large of an impact do you believe his inspiration had on the overall outcome of your sound?
I guess our music has always had a kind of a commercial element to it with alot of vocals which has been inspired from the Early 90s Dance tracks which my father always played out at the clubs and around the house. he was always showing off his new vinyls every morning before and after school so i guess you could say it kind of stuck with me
What would you say is the most useful piece of criticism you’ve received thus far within your career? Do you typically take criticism to your advantage?
I guess just knowing when a track is done it's done, we keep it in a tight circle of people to be critical towards our music because often in the past when we first started producing we kept tweaking tracks and we would play them to people and they would always say they loved the first version of what we showed them better.
It was a treat being able to showcase “STOP” on BuzzMusic! We can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us as listeners! What’s the next goal for you artistically within the music world, now that you’ve just released a new single?
Finish off all the other songs we have on the go and a few shows to finish off the year with and then kicking of 2020 with a heap of tours along with a heap of new releases for everyone.
