The upcoming single from Alternative Rock outfit Himmelstarr dubbed "Rise Up" holds little back when it comes to the topic of the state of the world today. With a darker overtone reminiscent of Marilyn Manson, the track revolves around its fuzzed bass tones and deep driving drums. It's common to see artists and bands releasing all kinds of new material during quarantine but it's not too much you see a song that actually speaks of the state of things like "Rise Up" does. Acting almost as a rock anthem for the times, the timing of the song is impeccable. Releasing as the first of several songs including a cover of "Pictures of You" by The Cure, Himmelstarr is out to make waves.
