Jason Maxwell Announces New Releases This Summer & Fall

Toronto's very own singer-songwriter and country-pop recording artist Jason Maxwell is always up to something exciting.

We've had the pleasure to feature one of the peak singles of his career, "For Now," a song about a past relationship where it was the "right girl, wrong time," says Maxwell.

Besides his latest single, the Toronto-based artist has amassed a loyal following that constantly returns for songs they can resonate with. With over 70 million views across social platforms and countless playlist features, Maxwell's success is only just beginning.

You might know him as the supporting act for familiar names like The Washboard Union, The Reklaws, Chad Brownlee, and J.J. Shiplett. He also secured a sync placement and cameo appearance in Netflix's film, Full Out 2. If the movie series returns for a third installment, we're sure to hear or see Maxwell once again.

More recently, he announced that he's back in the studio this summer, whipping up some new tracks while "attempting to narrow down which songs will make the final list," Maxwell mentioned in an exclusive interview.

Might there be a new album from Toronto's up-and-coming country-pop star? We'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, Jason Maxwell says he's ready to drop more releases this summer and fall. Find his current discography on all digital streaming platforms.
