Hey Waiz Lucky! Can you start by telling our readers more about yourself?

I'm a french Rap Artist/Businessman who grew up in the Parisian’s Suburbs at Emerainville (77) in a Hood who’s named the BRONX.  I moved to Montreal in 2010 to live new experiences and discover North American way of life.

I founded a crew in 2008 who’s named ATOHM CONCEPT with others Artists, Rplus (French Rapper:, Logan Van Lys (Drawer/Painter/Make up artist) who founded ATOHM KREATION ( and Adam Fenix (Photograph/Film Maker) who become famous with ATOHM VISION ( in Sport, fashion, Movie and Music worlds.

Me and RPlus decided to develop  ATOHM MUSIK 2 years ago with a first project, an EP of RPLUS who named “Marcher sur La Lune (Moonwalk)”who released  in 2018 on Spotify  and others platforms (Google Music, Youtube Music, ITunes …etc.).

Now Waiz Lucky develop new songs for new projects (EP and Album) and start my promo with a new song who’s named “Écoute #1” who released in my new Soundcloud fan page.

Love this track “Écoute #1” Can you explain the writing process and any challenges you faced along the way?

The way i'm the most comfortable to write is to listen first the beat, and then if i get inspired with it, I start writing on it, alongside of finding a theme for the song. For this one, the sadness of the melody brought me to speak about my deepest hardships and tribulations. One of the challenges i faced was to get confronted with myself, about my own pain.

What would be your dream collaboration?

If i had to dream about a collaboration, i would like to do different ones; some with African artists such as Koffi Olomide or Fally Ipupa, (from Congo), some with American rappers like Nas, and Kery James for the french one.

What do you think sets you apart from other hip-hop artists?

I can say that i enjoy rapping as a believer, without necessarily claiming it. It is important to me, and this is definitely one characteristic that may set me apart from other hip-hop artists.

What’s next for you?

What is coming next is a collaboration under another name which will be with another french rapper and also close friend, Bouginz.

We are working on different tracks together, he's in Ottawa, i'm in Montreal, yet we are both from France, and we knew each other back there, before coming in Canada, so some songs will come soon, under our nicknames "Bouginz & Bougzer", with the first one already recorded called: "entre rêves et cauchemards" (which means "between dreams and nightmares").
