Great to have you here Black Kazi! "Why Not Me II” is your debut album, how do you feel about the overall execution of the project?
I feel like the final outcome for my project was up to par but there’s always room for improvement and the skies the limit with my potential.
There's such an addicting energy to "Why Not Me II"! What kind of emotions are you attempting to project to listeners with the album?
Throughout the making of my project I wanted my audience to feel the same emotions as I did through my everyday experiences such as pain, guilt, sorrow, relief, and excitement.
What would you say is the most important take-away message from "Why Not Me II"? Where did your inspiration for the concept come into play?
No matter what cards your dealt with, you can always make a hand. My inspiration comes from my gambling habits which expands from the casino to my everyday life.
We can imagine that your performances are incredibly energetic with the sound you have! Have you performed anywhere, and if so, how is the vibe in your crowd?
Yeah I performed several times and each experience is unique in its own way. There’s no other feeling than feeling the crowd feeling you.
What would you say is your major goal within your music career?
My major goal for my music career is to gain exposure and to provide for my fam, friends and also be able to give back to the city where I’m from.
