This New Pop Punk Release From Service Delay Is Everything You Need On Your Playlist Right Now

Writer: BUZZ LABUZZ LA

Service Delay is a Pop Punk/Hardcore based out of Toronto, Canada. Since the band's formation in 2017, they have released two EPs. In 2019, the band began adapting to a more aggressive melodic tone in their sound. Service Delay has opened for notable industry acts including We Were Sharks, Abandoned by Bears, Youth Foundation and Story Untold.

Service Delay recently released their high energy edgy single “Shores” and it is full of modern nostalgia. Instantly as the intro begins we feel captivated to go out and do something bold. The main riffs of this song give a rebellious feeling to them that makes us feel drawn to the entire song. When the full band comes in it hits you like a truck and takes you across a high-energy journey of false promises and missed loved ones.

“Shores” features edgy modern heavy guitars, punchy thundering drums, a deep solid bass, and a vocal performance that has a flair of nostalgia to it that reminds us a bit of iconic Pop Punk from the early 2000s. This release has us absolutely thrilled and we cannot wait to hear what Service Delay has in store for us next.
