TT17 Shows His New Himself In “Blue Bands”

From Los Angeles, California, TT17 brings a new vision for his career to impact the hip-hop music world, starting with his new hot single “Blue Bands.”

Sometimes you need some time to breathe and freshen your ideas, which TT17 did for some months when his fans missed him. But that break was so decisive that it gave him a new vision of his craft. He is an artist in constant transformation, eager to show the public his new style in “Blue Bands.”

In “Blue Bands,” TT17 promises fire, which is what he delivers. He sings about what he decides is the most relevant in his life and shows that he always has great people around him, like his friend Ricardo Melena who is also his manager. He tells TT17, ‘they don’t see your vision,’ but oh, they will.

TT17 shows his gratitude to his friend as “Blue Bands” starts with a conversation they had the night they recorded the song. The track is upbeat and energizing, and the fast-paced rhythm pairs perfectly with TT17’s unresting vocals. His lyrics never stop, showing great breath control and keeping the vibes high.

The lyrics talk about how TT17 has overcome emotional obstacles and put himself a priority to seek a future of success. TT17 also highlights how people turn nice when you pursue your dreams, but you must keep close to those who are in the dark.

If you are up for a recharge of motivation and self-esteem in a new proposal of Hip-hop, “Blue Brands” is the song you must listen to now.

Welcome to BuzzMusic TT17, and congratulations on your latest release, "Blue Bands." What was your biggest motivation to write “Blue Brands?”

My biggest motivation to write “Blue Bands” was honestly just how much better my life has gotten this year, the amount of money I’ve earned at the age of 19, and the person I have become. I currently work two jobs, go to school full-time, and create music every single night. My family and I also recently moved houses, and I won’t say how much, but I helped out with the payment a lot. It’s things like that that make me realize who I am as a person; I am hardworking and willing to give it all up for something I’m passionate about and ready to work so hard to earn it back. People think my song “Blue Bands” is flexible for the amount of money I’ve accumulated, and half of the people think I’m lying in the song. Hey, I would think that too if I didn’t live in my own shoes.

What was the best moment from recording “Blue Bands?”

I recorded “Blue Bands” on July 12, 2022, at Mzoundz Recording Studio. I brought my manager, Ricardo Melena, and met up with my producer, Gillbee, and I introduced them to each other. I knew from the moment we 3 were in the same room it would be something special. And it was. I had so much fun while I was in the booth, just making this masterpiece of a song. I would say my favorite moment from the whole process of the song would be recording in front of Ricardo for the first time ever. He’s supported my music and given me amazing feedback on it ever since he first heard it last year, and he has truly helped me perfect my sound, and I am forever grateful for him. The best moment of all was when me and I got in the booth and just talked about the song, and that ended up being the intro of the track.

How much have people around you motivated you to perfect your music?

This year, I cut off everyone that won’t help me go where I want to go in life. I realized what’s important to me and that no one is going to stop me except myself. I want to reach heights no one ever has in life. One person besides Ricardo that has helped me get my sound where I want it is my close friend Jerry. He has seen my vision ever since we got close after high school. There were days in February and March when I felt my life was so bad, where I would just go over to his house and show him music on how I was feeling, and it was just silent after, but I knew he understood where I was coming from. I have a couple of close friends that I am going to take to the top with me, but only about half of them understand me when it comes to showing them my music and showing them my vision of it.

Who do you want to ‘see your vision?’

Honestly, as much as I want to make it big and be famous in life, I don’t want it to be for the wrong reasons. A big part of my life has been sobriety and staying away from drugs ever since my Dad passed away from all that in 2013. So, I have made it my goal to attract the right audience, and that be people that are staying sober or even attempting to. I love when I go back to my old high school, I get asked for pictures or autographs by around 50 kids every time, but I remember this one kid in particular. I won’t say his name, but he said he heard about me being sober in one of my songs, and he applied that to his life now. I teared up when I got in the car, realizing that people are truly listening to my songs and seeing my vision. It means the world to me when people recognize me in public, and I can’t wait for the day when the whole world “sees my vision.”

What's next for you?

I’m gonna continue to help out my family and always grow as a person, every day, step by step. I have been recording music all year, and I am currently working on my 4th album, which hopefully will drop at the beginning of 2023. I saw a lot of success with my third album, “Wake Me Up In Calabasas”, and now I am only going to continue to evolve and take over this industry, once and for all. This is my welcome to the industry.
