- Warm Blizzard Continues The Story With Part 3 of “Love Me Now”!
Elijah Dagley who goes by the stage name of “Warm Blizzard” is a 20 year old Atlanta based artist who has been interested in music since a young age. He was always intrigued by the work of others including some of his favorite artists; Jcole, Tupac, Jay-Z, and Outkast. He credits Jcole’s release “Who Dat” as a major aspect in realizing how music was sincerely a passion for the artist. But he also credits all his influences in serving a role in the creation of “Warm Blizzard”. Tupac taught Warm Blizzard that what you say and why you say it is what matters, not the delivery of it. Outkast taught him that where he comes from has more significance than what the outside world knows. These artists and many more helped encourage Warm to believe that his music was needed to provide a certain perspective many could relate to. After doing rap battles with his friends and stepping out of his comfort zone, Warm Blizzard is fully ready than ever to reach a large audience with his unique authentic style. Warm Blizzard released part 3 to the “Love Me Now” sequel and this one was powerful. Everything felt tremendously more passionate and had us completely heart rendered. You can tell Warm Blizzard went through a significant amount of heartbreak that it evoked him to write a 3 part, compelling musical story of it. Love Me Now part one was the beginning honeymoon stage, part two was the heartbreak, and part 3 feels as if this is the acceptance as well as scarred point of the sequel. From these lyrics, I interpreted that part 3 of “Love Me Now” is sort of a letter to the next girl that enters his life. He went through enough with the previous significant other, that he’s reluctant to get hurt again. This song is highly relatable to many people who could put themselves in this position as well. Warm Blizzard gave us a raspy, brittle vocal resonance that added emphasis on the melody. The passion is soaring across all levels of “Love Me Now Part 3”, and Warm Blizzard is a compelling storyteller and artist. Listen to "Love Me Now" here and get to know more about Wizard Blizzard below! Out of all your influences, who do you think impacted your style of music the most? My music style is heavily influenced by Andre 3000. Being from Atlanta, as Outkast, the respect and admiration for them but for me as it relates to Andre 3000 I truly think he’s the best rapper in my opinion. Wether it be consistent subject matter, lyrical ability, rhyme scheme, and overall flow I just have to give all the praise to Andre 3000. “Love Me Now Part 3” seems to be emotionally powerful! What is this song about? Love Me Now Part 3 is about me knowing what i want out of love. The lyrics tell it all when I say, “Love me so much girl that it’ll never change. Love me so much girl that it gets me through the pain. Love me so much girl that you’re all upon my brain.” For me my biggest thing is love wether it’s figuring out how to love myself or also loving someone else. How does Part 3 differentiate from the previous two parts? Part 3 is totally different because i went for a rock vibe. I grew up with a somewhat appreciation for rock music. With that i also want to say R.I.P to Lil Peep since his music heavily affected me in making this song and just also because i used a Lil Peep type beat for Part 3. What’s was the most challenging for you during the songwriting process of Love Me Now Part 3? The most challenging part was that i had to remove and insert extra words in the recording process but nothing major like changing stuff around just some adding and removing filler words. What’s next for you? What’s next for me is that Part 4 will be dropping in a couple weeks and in June I’m also getting ready to drop my long awaited album, “How Files: The Album” which is a continuation of my series on SoundCloud, “High Files”, “High Files 2”, and “High Files 3”. - A Driven Artist, Mo_B1 Released His Single Titled “Heartbreaker”
Born in Ottawa, Canada, the city’s capital, Mo_b1 was adopted at 6 months old to a loving family from North Bay, Ontario. Starting off an athlete, Mo_B1 excelled in sports and felt as if this is his league. Having coached everywhere in Canada, he can comfortably say that he’s one of the best in the country at independent skill development. Mo_b1 wrote his first song at the age of 17 to a beat originally performed by Lil Wayne and the game called “My Life”. It was a magical and memorable experience for the artist, and he loved the feeling of creating a song upon its completion. He became immensely addicted to songwriting, and get this! Wrote a song a day for a consecutive 365 days! Amazing right? Multi-talented with both coaching and writing, Mo_b1 is ready for the big stage and to tackle on the industry by storm! Mo_b1 released his single titled “Heartbreaker” and the beat was sizzling, while the vocals in the hook were poignant, with an infectious melody. His delivery had a polished approach which gave a level of professionalism to the artistry of Mo_b1. His deftly-produced record was not only eclectic, but relentless and reliably-solid. The rhythmic notion of the beat is great for car-rides and parties, which adds a mainstream appeal to the record’s delivery. “Heartbreaker” could be interpreted in various different lyrical meanings which makes this song one of a kind! You can’t stick this into one genre of music nor try to surface detect the meaning of the lyrics. Instead, everything is more detailed, as it should be. The enigmatic record is expansive in dynamics, while articulating the verses in a sophisticated way. Mo_b1 as an athletic coach, understands the definition behind detail and practice, therefore I wasn’t shocked one bit when I heard how finely-calibrated this record was. Mo_b1 is a hardworking artist in who I wish great success towards, but doubt he needs my wishes because his talent speaks for itself! Looking forward to what’s next from this promising young rapper. Listen to "Heartbreaker" here and get to know more about Mo_b1 below! Between sports and music, do you have a personal preference? Personally, I thrive off of challenges, and music has been a challenge for me from the begining. We all know the things we learn early in life become innate (second nature) much quicker than things we learn as young adults. I started sports at age 6, through my youth I was heavily emersed in competitive swimming, basketball and Olympic Weightlifting. I was a well rounded athlete for many years it became easy for me at an early age. Music on the other hand is a different story, I never played an instrument or sang in choir, I didn't get my first hip hop CD until I was 10 years old (The Eminem Show), I had no idea rap was what I wanted to do until I was 17. It presented a challenge to be creative, and it presented an opportunity for me to learn more about a culture I was frankly very unfamiliar with. I had to work so hard at writing, recording, and performing it has molded me into the artist I am today. That being said, I have a long way to go and there is still more to learn, and that's what I like, continuous growth. It's like the math teacher that failed math, then works hard to eventually pass successfully, is going to be a better educator than the math teacher that got straight A's from the begining, because that math teach that failed knows how to work through the problems, and has a better understanding of the barriers presented in math. So, personally, I prefer music, strength comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't In what ways has your coaching experience benefit your musical abilities? Coaching requires leadership, confidence, patience, all things that can be beneficial for artists. As a leader you need to develop certain qualities that you hope to instil in your athletes. As an artist you are the leader, you want to instil positive qualities in your fans and the people you are around. Being a leader starts with believing in yourself, basketball made me believe. When I rap on the mic whether performing or in the studio, I have a sense of confidence, that has been built through playing sports and specifically coaching basketball. Additionally, I have been blessed to have developed the virtue of patience. I've been writing since 2008, and I just dropped my first single this year. I've waited 11 years, to share my art. The way I look at is, failure to prepare is preparing to fail. In the words of Nipsey Hussle "Opportunity, Preparation, when they meet, it's nice." Tell us about “Heart Breaker” what’s the theme behind this? Heart Breaker deals with the other side of love, which is loss. In the hook I end by saying "she had to choose heart break or heart breaker," this line defines what happens in virtually every break up. There is always someone going through heart break while the other person is the heart breaker, two different ways of handling a break up. I wrote this about and ex girlfriend, she loved me and I loved her, she chose heart breaker, leaving me with a broken heart. What inspired you to write this song, or in what ways could you relate to it? This song is directly related to my ex girlfriend. We had a difficult break up, for both of us, we had no closure to our relationship, due to the way it ended, and Heart Breaker was how I began making sense of everything. I wrote this song, in part, because I had recently finished a performance in Kensington Market, in Toronto, where I saw incredible artists, who were so creative and talented it pushed me to get out of my comfort zone, again, another challenge. Heart Breaker is me, I've seen it, I've lived it, I am Heart Breaker. What’s next for you Mo_B1? I've got alot in store for everyone. Heart Breaker is the first single off of Ms. Waithe The Mixtape (named after the aforementioned ex girlfriend), dropping June 24th, 2019. Other singles off the mixtape include Manic and Cotton Candy which are available now everywhere (12 Track Mixtape). This summer I am dropping a Triology Album called Devil Sent To Heaven. There will be 3 episodes (EP's I'm calling episodes) 6 songs each episode, 18 tracks total. The project is fully recorded and nearing completion. In the Fall of 2019 I'm dropping an 8 track project called Wedding Szn, which is sure to be a different vibe. Then to ring in the new year 2020, I'm dropping a 10-12 track Album called Married To The Game. Expect approximately 50 new tracks from Mo_B1 before the new year. - Benjamin Released His EP “I'm Gone”
Benjamin Frank is a recording artist based out of northwest Florida. Despite the streets, working offshore, driving 18 wheelers, and taking care of his six sisters without his abusive father leaving at a early age, he still managed to take every moment to put something down in the studio and brand his logo “Benjigang” Benjamin released his EP titled “I'm Gone”. It begins with the single “Drip or Drown”, an ambitious record with an addicting trap beat that complements the style of today’s generation perfectly. He gives songs like “City Boy” in which begins with a cathy hook, enticing melodic beat, and smacks you across the face with the beat drop. “I got the juice yea, I got the juice” has you repeating it alongside the artist. “City boy lifestyles, city boy moves”. I could totally see a video this record and was able to create the vision in my head! But not only does Benjamin provide the witty hits, he knows how to create lyrical balance through his album. One of these being displayed in his record titled “With Me”. “With Me” was different from the other songs off this album, as it gave more a true vibe with the lyrics showing themes of love. This gave an entire new dimension to the artistry of Benjamin. The passion and artistry in Benjamin is beautifully explained in the project “IM GONE” Listen to "I'm Gone" here and get to know more about Benjamin below! In what ways has your background and upbringing impact your style of writing? I overthink and decipher a lot, even at a early age my mind wouldn’t stop figuring out situations and solutions to my best logic or acknowledgement. I’m Eritrea, black, and white and me growing up in Pensacola,FL which we call “Pcola” it’s filled with sets which are hoods. I would say to seeing all the murders and growing up around violence and drugs music is a way to free me from that thrill but at the same time hurt. Many of us are forced to play a hand that was dealt to us, and most don’t understand or comprehend that unity is something we need to see in are black communities as a whole. I lost my best friend “Bobby” Darrel devonte mims January 11th 2016. I remember beat boxing after school going to the boys and girls club and that’s all he wanted to do is rap. I was more of I like being apart of music but now imma get it up anyway. I was getting of half’s and working at Dave’s barbershop, playing basketball, and just depressed at age 14 thinking I didn’t have shit. I always hung around older people and everyone that was around me was rapping or to me at the time doing big things. I was always the underdog and got tired of people trying to place me in a category. One day I was like fuck this shit and started engaging in different crafts. Every craft helped me and inspired me in someway and I used the output in my notes. The way I talk, walk, and adapting it to my overall personality. I love to be poetic and make someone that I can vibe with comfortable around me. That goes for me being a songwriter, I take what I go threw and what I see around me and bring a entertainment to your mind in this minutes that you can see in your head what I see in everyday life while listening to my lyrics. The only reason I took on being a artist because it’s something I love doing after every thing I been threw, it’s only right someone see what I see and be encouraged. What’s the major theme behind the EP , “IM GONE” ? What’s the major theme behind the EP , “IM GONE” ? IM GONE was a saying that I had in my mind when I didn’t want to hear anyone else opinion of myself. I know my worth at the end of the day. I am a young king and IM Going On Nothing Else. My ambition is what keeps my poetry strong, my cadence even stronger and the way I be vamping real. Out of all the records on this album, which is your favorite and why? My single “City Boy” I talked about freeing my dawg BG, shouting out Bobby, and my favorite bar is when I said, “popped out the pussy in the trap I’m fed up. Where as I was forced to be here on the earth, and to be a black person in a fucked up society that’s based on capitalism. It’s me, my brother, and I have six sisters. All of us have the same mom and dad. Are father left us when we were all young, and we had to live in poverty are entire life. We had to adapt to are environmental surrounding because we moved so much from eviction and etc. it was a big impact over are life’s buts we all seem to make away and we are still fighting until this day to proof to are self we can rise above the fucking hurt and void. We didn’t get taught simple shit like feeling out a check book. We had to find out how we were going to eat and how this power bill is getting paid. I felt like I got popped out into the world in a trap. I was born in debt on the back of my social security card there are numbers and it leads to a bank that I owe money to. That’s why we pay taxes in the first place. What song do you believe best represents the theme of the album? What song do you believe best represents the theme of the album? “Foreign Sporting” it is explaining me going overseas and I got Molly which is a controlled substance that boost your serotonin levels. Where your actually feeling more energy from the world then you ever imagined. Your with women that love and admire you and it’s creating a desire that that I strived for because I not even focused on them in general. I’m focus on how I made it out the trap, never was a 5k1 basically a snitch on or off paper. Idolized by many and now seeing the profit coming in and not being a slave to the system or so called entrapment that was so clearly put together. What’s next for you? What’s next for you? I have my album dropping on iTunes on June 27th, 2019. I am constantly evolving as a upright man and Hebrew Israelite. I will continue with my conscious and strong spirit to keep making music for my fans and making a huge impact on society from being a artist, family man, and a innovator. - Elle Rose Shows Off Her Skillful Lyricism In New Song “What’s On Your Mind"
Currently residing in Boston, MA, Elle Rose is flourishing within the musical environment at the Berklee College of Music. Elle Rose has deep roots within music—an artist who as surrounded by it her entire life, Elle Rose puts her entire soul and passion into what she creates, and it’s proven within her music. This is an artist who gives off nothing but soul, and knowing how to perfectly execute soul music in today’s day and age is no joke. But we aren’t laughing when it comes to Elle’s music, because it’s quality speaks volumes to us here at BuzzMusic. For the country community, get ready for the splash Elle will make! She reminds me so much of Kacey Musgraves, the way their voices just blend so well with the production of the song, and how it melts it my ears upon hearing it. Extreme country roots deeply engrained in this song. The track begins immediately with the favorite country tune we’re used to hearing in the most popular country tracks to date. Then, we are immersed with Elle’s bubbly and diverse pitch. “What’s on Your Mind” is a fun pop-country song that flares a little bit of folk sounds to completely immerse the listener in the upbeat and soulful experience. That’s exactly what caught my attention while listening to “What’s on Your Mind”—how upbeat and fun the melody is, that it entrances you and instantly switches your mood to happy. This mid-afternoon slump had me feeling a little more awake and less negative after listening to Elle Rose’s music, and as an artist it can be difficult to really blossom that feeling in listeners, but Elle has no such difficulty with her latest single. I was immensely attracted to Elle’s ability to immerse the listener in an experience through her music, and when all of the harmonies came together with her voice, I knew the song was meant to be a hit in the country-pop genre. We suggest you give “What’s on Your Mind” a listen to here, and continue reading for Elle Rose’s interview! Hey Elle! Tell us about yourself and how you knew you wanted to pursue the pop-country category in music? Growing up I was surrounded by all types of music. I was constantly listening to jazz, classical, R&B, pop, and country to name a few. I tended to favor country music over any of the other genres, however. I adored voices like Shania Twain, Faith Hill, and The Dixie Chicks. All of these women were huge inspirations with their big powerful voices, their stunning harmonies, and their deep storytelling in their songs. When I started writing my own songs, I drew a lot of my inspiration from women like them, however, my writing also tended to have quite a pop sound to it. I was always confused about this because at the time mixing those two genres wasn't really common, but I also felt like I would be out of place in both separate genres. It wasn't until a couple of years ago when Maren Morris had her breakthrough that I started to believe I could actually break into this genre and have a place and a voice that mattered there. Maren has carved a path for women like me who aren't just inspired by one specific genre. Her music is a perfect combination of so many different types of sounds, which makes her super unique. This is exactly the path I want to follow, and I hope I can continue to break the barriers between genres through my music. Your voice in “What’s on Your Mind” was whimsical and angelic, yet modern to meet the sound country lovers like to hear today. Is this how you envisioned the product of your song sounding? Yes! Again, I always knew my voice had kind of a unique sound to it, especially comparing it to most female country singers these days. I wanted to showcase my true voice, while also catering to the modern country sound people are looking for. If you could collaborate with one artist on your next single, who would you choose? Oof that's a tough one. I think if I had to choose one artist to collab with on my next single it would be Lennon Stella. Her voice is always something I have admired, and her writing leaves me speechless. I think there are also some similarities between Lennon and me, especially our backgrounds. She too grew up with parents who are musicians and came from country music. Although she has gone the pop route with her own music, I think bringing her back to her country roots could be really cool. As a female country artist, have you faced a lot of obstacles within this category? Luckily, I haven't had to face anything too crazy yet by being a female in this category. I do know, however, that in the future I definitely will come across situations that are tough. That being said, I believe that if you truly believe in the equality of each person, you can avoid the majority of issues like that. A lot of these problems and lack of equality stem from the fear of them happening before they actually do. What can we expect to see from you in the rest of 2019? The rest of 2019 is going to be an exciting one. I was just in the studio this morning recording the first track to my EP that will be released this summer. This EP is a journey through the past three years of my life. The EP is a closing of a chapter for me. I went through some really tough shit my senior year of high school, and I haven't fully had a chance to grasp closure on it. This EP is therapy for me, it's a closing of a chapter, and it is absolutely something I cannot wait to share with the world. Check out Elle and stay updated with recent releases via the artists Instagram and Twitter. #BuzzMusic
- John Wiebe’s “Let Go” Has Tears In Our Eyes, And Warmth In Our Hearts
Canadian musician, songwriter, producer, public speaker and singer John Wiebe was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and his passion for music began at an early age. Music served as an outlet to escape a harsh reality of depression and anxiety, and John started learning the guitar and lyricism between 7th and 8th grade followed by writing and composing original music releasing his debut EP “Changed” in high school. John was featured in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta in 2016 though people didn’t think he would ever make it in music as he was born 4 months early and with only one working vocal cord. He was then nominated for a People’s Choice Award at the 2017 Edmonton Music Awards and has been building momentum, refining his skills and talents over the years. In 2017, he released his album “Fearless” and dropped another single titled “Let Go” in 2019 in follow up to his upcoming EP entitled “Basement Tapes”. Planning to take his music career to the next level by touring, releasing new music and performing at major festivals nationally and internationally, John is always looking forward to the future and continues to be an inspiration to others. “Let Go” is a soft, soothing song with a talented raspy voice and meaningful lyrics that are extremely well written. Leading with a piano and guitar duet that is serene, and eases the mind, followed by the refined vocals of John that have a beautiful tone that sweeps you off your feet. The lyrics sound very thought out, like they are trying to tell a story and touches the listener on a deeper level – I know it brought tears to my eyes. “If I let go, I’ll pray that I’ll be happy” is just one of the many lyrics that have deep influential meaning, and you can hear the physical emotion in John’s voice complimented with the subtle harmonies during each chorus. The style of the soft, serene guitar and piano melodies has remnants of Secondhand Serenade and Lighthouse but John is able to take this down-to-earth sound and make it his very own in a gorgeous way. Just when you think the song is finished, John comes back to solidify the lyrics at the end finishing beautifully with “When I let go, I’ll smile” bringing a bit of joy back into the hearts of his audience to finish. Listen here for "Let Go" and continue reading in order to get to know John a little better! Hey John! Fantastic to chat with you! Can you tell us a bit more about yourself? Hey, nice to chat with you too! Well. long story short, I was born 4 months early in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (I currently reside in Edmonton, Alberta). Sadly, my life growing up wasn't one of the best...I grew up going to schools where a majority of the time, I was bullied and teased for my voice & who I was. This happened throughout most, if not all of my formal years of school. Luckily, at a young age, I found myself drawn to the guitar & started lessons when I was a kid in elementary school. I proceeded to take lessons throughout most of my junior high & high school years, as well as self-teaching myself guitar chords & techniques from YouTube videos. And yes, I had originally tried out the piano, but it didn't click with me the way guitar has. How did you first find your passion for music? I originally started writing music (with my very limited guitar playing ability) as a kid in junior high. I'd even play little "shows" before chapel times in front of my all of my fellow peers. Mind you, those were strictly just acoustic guitar sets without vocals as I didn't believe I could (or should) sing. Honestly, I found my passion for music in elementary school & junior high. I didn't know why, but I had this inkling that I should play & write music (even before I knew anything about it in elementary school) and I would always think "It would be so cool to play music, write songs & tour around playing it." (again, this is the mind of a grade 2 student for some weird reason) I also found my passion for music, through attending concerts of artists that I looked up to myself, and listening to their music...The fact that you could actually make a career out of playing music & writing your thoughts & feelings down on paper, inspiring people. Always kept me in awe, wanting me to pursue it even more! Did you find that there were any challenges being born with one vocal cord, finding your voice, and then making a career out of your love for music? Oh, definitely! Only having one working vocal chord has come with a lot of challenges. Growing up in school, I was always told "speak louder" when doing class presentations or reading aloud, so I dreaded it whenever I would be picked to do anything that involved me speaking in front of the class. Plus, that was another thing I was extremely self-conscious about, anything that involved me yelling or talking at a higher volume, I'd hate because my voice tends to be raspier when I do. Another big challenge, was, of course, the music & singing aspect...I've had a lot of people asking why I've never decided to make the switch to having a full-on band with me when I play shows, why I decide to stay as a solo act. Due to the fact, my voice is a bit quieter, I've always been a bit scared to make that leap. Deciding to make a career out of my voice has been a journey. What are some inspirations that drive you to create new music? I think the biggest inspirations for me in creating new music, are other artists who I've looked up to & enjoyed their music (Twenty One Pilots, AJR, Skillet, Eminem, Ed Sheeran just to name a few of the many I love). Another big inspiration for me is telling either my story or the stories of others I've met in my music in some way, shape or form. How did you find your unique sound? Hmm, that's a hard one to answer haha. To sum it up, I think it's honestly just writing how I honestly feel & sharing my passion & story with others...Hoping that what I write inspires people along the way as they listen. What’s next for you in 2019? What's next? Planning out some music video ideas & definitely new music, that's for sure. Currently in the middle of writing for my brand new EP & prepping for upcoming shows (maybe even a tour in the near future, you never know!). All in all, I just hope that this year. The music I write, release, perform etc. Inspires everyone that hears it! Stay connected with John Wiebe via the artists website and socials: Facebook Instagram Twitter #BuzzMusic

Chase Rossner, better known as Hotwork, is a singer, songwriter, and producer who was born, bred and based in Los Angeles, California. Matching with his classical training and years of guitar playing was his love of Hip-Hop and the LA beat scene that provided a real genre-bridging musical experience. Releasing an official remix for Spencer Ludwig’s “Diggy” in June of 2017, Hotwork has since released multiple other singles including a cover of Pharrell Williams’ “Happy”. “BLOW YOUR MIND” is his latest dance single that was licensed to the app Genies, backed by CAA, Shawn Mendes, The Chainsmokers, 50 Cent and more, for their debut launch video. Hotwork is currently working on his debut EP and the first single off the project is expected to be released later this fall. “KO” by Hotwork featuring Dree Mon has a unique blend of sounds that mix Hip-Hop, Pop and a touch of EDM extremely well to create this hit track. Dree Mon’s voice has a beautiful rasp to it as she glides over each note gracefully and clearly articulates every lyric so perfectly. The lower toned vocals in “KO” compliment the sultry and sensual sounds of Dree’s vocals, and they add a touch of intensity to the lyrics “Knock me out”. I love that choruses and verses are separated by different melodies, and certain harmonies found scattered throughout. Hotwork has written lyrics that are descriptive, and the use of metaphors to get the point across is creative and each one blends together excellently. “I need you to pull, pull, pull me like a trigger” is just one of the many lines that stuck out to me personally and painted a great picture in my mind. If you like songs that make you feel tranquil, yet lively and up and dancing at the same time then “KO” is a song that you absolutely need to add to your playlist. Listen to "KO" here and get to know more about Hotwork below! Hey Hotwork! Pleasure to chat with you! Can you tell us a bit more about yourself? What’s up! I’m Hotwork. I’m from LA, born and raised, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My real name is Chase, so if you see me at a show, say hey! What’s the inspiration behind your ‘stage name’ and how did you find passion for writing and making music? Haha it’s a pretty basic story. I was thinking of opposite names of bands to use as my name and landed on Coldplay. There you have it. The opposite of Coldplay is....Hotwork. What inspired the unique, vibrant sound and lyrics of “KO”? I drew big inspiration from Louis the Child and Flume on this one. I wrote this song with three other people. Most of the beat was already produced by the time we wrote to it, so we channeled the vibe and just rolled with it. Was there a specific reason as to switching from doing cover songs to writing music of your own, and how was the transition? I’ve really only done a couple of cover songs and I’d like to do more, to be honest! It’s a muscle I’m definitely trying to flex more in 2019. I’m a lot more comfortable writing and playing my own music. I’ve been writing songs since 2009 and pretty much everything I’ve released, other than my covers of ‘Happy’ and ‘LOVE.’, have been written and produced by me. What new and exciting things can we expect to see from you in 2019? I had initially planned on my EP being ready for a Spring 2019 release but It’s been a struggle getting everything finished, so I’m planning on a Fall 2019 release. I’m 85% finished with the project, and as soon as I have all the songs done, I’ll start playing shows again. It’s been a while since I’ve been out there, and I’m really excited to get my live set together and get back on stage! Eminencee released a lo-fi elemental hip-hop and rap record, titled “History”. “History” begins with an instant peaceful introduction, thanks to the groovy bass, and calming aura surrounding it. Eminencee is not your typical rapper, and he moves “History” in a more consciously driven approach. “We’re going down in history, it’s not a mystery” was the leading hook in this single , and we personally loved it. It was witty, and slightly charismatic, but gave the song its meaning. From this hook, I was able to interpret the possible theme of “History”. “History” is a lyrical masterpiece, thanks to the spiritual and wordplay leader, Eminencee. It’s a matter of exploration with “History”. Close your eyes, turn on this record, and just listen to the lyrics, and you will feel yourself being moved by the direction the song is going. As the record ends, Eminencee leaves his listener with a motivational dialogue. Staying true to who you are, and simply being your authentic self. This created an inspirational and touching dimension to the beautifully delivered rap record. Eminencee is an iconic lyricist who has a lot to offer with his wordplay, melodic beats, and consistency. He is truly an artist to be on the watch for. Listen to "History" here, and scroll below for Eminecee's exclusive interview with us at BuzzMusic!
