  • Tim Bond Takes Heartfelt Instrumentation to the Next Level With “Beyond The Trail"

Tim Bond shares personal stories through enchanting acoustic guitars, as well as through other genres such as Latin, classical, flamenco, tango, blues, world music, and progressive guitar. Tim expresses his wondrous guitar styling on his first single, “Beyond The Trail”. He was born into a family of seasoned musicians and entertainers. Being surrounded by such an innovative and driven family helped Tim to understand music from several perspectives.  At the age of 14, he became determined to practice until he could successfully channel his narrative through the guitar. This brought Tim to Austin, Texas, playing private events, corporate company parties, restaurants, and One World Theatre. “Beyond The Trail” perfectly showcases Tim Bond's talent. He creates a pure-hearted melody to emotion. He explains that the song represents overcoming struggles and keeping the faith.  Listeners can clearly hear his efforts through changes in tempo about halfway through the song. His technique sounds as though it’s straight out of a movie soundtrack. His purposeful strumming and graceful picking inspire thoughts of tranquility, hope, and good times. With styling that appeals to a wide age range and variety of cultures, it’s difficult not to appreciate his intricate mastery of the acoustic guitar. "Beyond The Trail" is a breath of fresh air and is the perfect song for your self-love meditative playlists. You can feel the soft, glowing energy that DeDe Kimble emulates with her voice. It's so easy to feel every intended emotion since her music style is so incredibly transparent. Her pitch is balanced, reaching an equilibrium that allows listeners to have an enchanting listening experience. "That's What Friends Do" has a kind of magic to it.  The magic arises partly from the charming and vibrant production, and partly from DeDe’s heartfelt vocal performance. "That's What Friends Do" is your typical pop track hit.  DeDe Kimble brings nostalgia and good intentions with "That's What Friends Do", offering a humble and pleasing atmosphere for many listeners. We can feel her passion buzzing, and so we hope to see more from this ambitious artist in the near future. Give a listen to DeDe Kimble's latest single "That's What Friends Do" here Welcome, DeDe Kimble! The release of "That's What Friends Do" recently debuted, so we can only imagine how exciting this time must be for you! How has the feedback on the single been thus far? The feedback has been amazing! I am so happy with all the love I’ve received. This song was a very special project for me and I love that so many people have been able to find themselves connecting with it as well. Let's talk about the motivation behind "That's What Friends Do". Can you share with our readers the deeper meaning embedded within this song, and how it holds a sentimental place for you? I co-wrote this song with Fraser Watt and Kerri Watt. We went into the write throwing a few ideas around, but Kerri had an amazing idea to write a song about a platonic relationship. So many songs in the world exist about lovers between a romantic relationship, but not so many about friendships. I really valued this because my best friend lives in New York. We decided it would be so cool to write about a long-distance relationship between two best friends. My friendship with my BFF is so important to me and even though we now only see each other about once a year, we still talk every day... and have a 961 day Snapchat streak. Fraser, Kerri and I tried to capture the nostalgia, fun, and bittersweet-ness to having a best friend that lives in another state. What musical influences do you have that you think attributed to the way you created "That's What Friends Do"? Do you find that the artists you draw inspiration from typically have a force in how your music is overall shaped? I would have to say this song was heavily influenced by Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift has been one of my biggest inspirations since I was about 13 years old. Her writing style and production are so intimate and captivating. I find myself often trying to write songs that Taylor Swift would write. With “That’s What Friends Do,” Fraser Watt and Kerri Watt and I wanted to create that “Taylor Swift story.“ Are you happy with the way "That's What Friends Do" ultimately produced in the end? Would you say that the vision you had going into the creation of this track was held consistent all throughout? I absolutely love how it came out! As an independent artist trying to get your music heard and feel relevant, the pressure can be overwhelming. I definitely struggled the last year since my Addicted to You-EP to rediscover my sound. My producer, Fraser Watt, did a great job hearing my vision and executing it perfectly. I am so happy with this project! Thank you for talking with us DeDe, it's been a pleasure hearing about "That's What Friends Do." What can we expect to see or hear next from you, DeDe? I plan to release a lot more music this year! I would also love to perform at some larger venues and festivals. dedekimble.com instagram.com/dedekimblemusic facebook.com/DeDeKimbleMusic #BuzzMusic

  • On The Rise: Thunder Club

Thunder Club is an Indie rock band from Baltimore consisting of guitarists Pete Burkhardt and Dennis Chen, bassist Conor Johnston, and drummer John Burkhardt. In 2016, the band released their first self titled EP.  As a result, they flourished in their local music scene. Thunder Club has released an EP called “SUMMER VICE” which has been on rotation on the radio. Thunder Club’s following continues to grow as they use their natural groovy style to create youthful and energetic music. “Go Ahead” kicks off with a gentle beat alongside a guitar with a catchy plucking pattern. The pace speeds up as the sole guitar is joined by smooth drumming and a few more strings. The vocalist sings with a melancholic nonchalance. In general, the introduction to “Go Ahead” is passive and relaxed. At the chorus, the tone and the vocals reach a new level of intensity as Thunder Club introduces upbeat energy. In the final instrumental, Thunder Club returns to its breezy plucking from the song’s intro. It then builds into one last burst of spirit before the song concludes. The back and forth between the energy of “Go Ahead” is what makes it refreshing and original. We are excited to see what Thunder Club has in store for us in the future. Thunder Club's large and unique sound stems from the chemistry between the musicians as well as the desire to stay simple. Incorporating a wide variety of musical influences into their songs, Thunder Club's music is youthful and energetic, with a strong basis in groove and melody. With the release of their self titled EP in 2016 and their lively stage presence, Thunder Club has burst onto the local music scene and has quickly gained a following. Most recently, they have released their new EP, SUMMER VICE, and have been featured on rotation on 89.7fm WTMD. We can't wait to see what's next for Thunder Club. The band has talked about new muaic coming later this year. Stream Thunder Club on Spotify. Welcome to back to BuzzMusic Thunder Club, it's always a pleasure! Your relaxed and breezy energy in your new release “Go Ahead” was contagious! Can you tell us about your inspiration for this song? We took inspiration from Pete's (guitar) infectious guitar riff. Honestly, if it wasn't for the beers flowing that day in John and Pete's mom's basement that song may not have seen the light of day. It was one of those serendipitous moments where all the pieces fell into place and we hit the ground running with that. It was just something fun to play and knew it had a sense of style and feel people could get behind. We wanted to show our fun side with this song and let people know it's ok to let your hair down and have a good time with friends. It follows the modern-day love story of knowing that special someone in your life is going to be around, but you just don't know how long. It's a modern-day love affair I guess you could say. We simply don't want people to take us too seriously and hopefully, that comes across in the way we play and record that song! You have an original sound that stays true to the indie rock genre. Are there any other artists that have influenced the way you make your music? How have they impacted it? Without a doubt! We take influence from The Strokes, Kings of Leon, Queens of the Stone Age, Vulfpeck and The Killers just to name a few. A lot of Dennis' guitar playing is heavily influenced by that of Josh Homme from QotSA. A lot of Conor's magic bass playing comes from major funky influence. He really looks up to Joe Dart from Vulfpeck and absolutely loves some of those tasty Anderson Paak. bass lines. We sometimes take some pretty complex rhythms and work on making them simple, it can sometimes be a tough process but like to keep true to our sound. We're still working on that but are in the midst of writing some most excellent tunes. Some huge influences on us though come from classic rock in the tune of Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Stones, and The Police. I think you can hear a lot of that influence in between the brothers in the band and their rock n' roll backgrounds. John's thunderous drums and Pete's infectious guitar riffs and tones. Can you tell us about how you found your passion for music and ended up starting your band? How has your music style changed over time? The band started in a basement and truly grew from there. We all just find a spiritual connection with playing music. It's so easy to get into a groove and traverse down the rabbit hole of weaving in and out of riffs and rhythms. We find the best feeling in making other people feel good when we play. We simply want to spread a good time when we play, we love the season of Summer and find that a lot of our music hits home that way. Our style is changing rapidly now that it's only 4 of us in the band. It's so much more musical and technical now. It's still very digestible, but we've found new meaning in our music and hope that translates when people here it. We're excited to keep writing, playing and spreading the good vibes (I know it's corny, but it's what we love to do and have no shame in our game). We were excited to have you on BuzzMusic Thunder Club! Can you tell us about any goals you have for the future as a band? What can we expect to hear from you in the future? We've gone through peaks and valleys recently, but we're more ready than ever to hit the ground running! We're writing new music and are hungry to start playing in cities like Philly, DC, NY and beyond. We love Baltimore but are ready to branch out and move to bigger markets! We've got new music on the way so keep an eye out! We've got a great festival called 'Tributary' fest which is on April 25, 2020, where we're headlining and will be at the Baltimore Museum of Industry! It's an incredible charity event for the Chesapeake Bay so make sure to check it out! Spotify I BandCamp I Facebook I Instagram I Twitter I YouTube #BuzzMusic

  • Gina Falcone Uncovers a Raw Version of Herself in Her EP, “Stay Weird”

February 19, 2020 Gina Falcone releases her expansive and melodic EP titled “Stay Weird”. An iconic project that exhibits every element of a great EP. “Stay Weird” begins with the intro titled, “Mind My Business”. This song a vocally dynamic opener to this EP that showcases Gina Falcone’s professional skills. Although the purpose of the song is intended as an introduction, the vibe was so riveting and invigorating that we forget its original purpose. “Leave Me Alone” has dramatic piano instrumentation. Gina’s exceptional vocal articulation makes this song memorable. The song, “Leave me alone, just leave me alone, I’m gone” is the hook. She sings in a harmonically-rich and light saddening manner. Although passion is expressed in this specific song, the emotional conviction in “Feels Right” is tremendous. Gina Falcone is focused more on the soul of this song as opposed to previous songs. “Feels Right” is an indulgent and texturized arrangement of layered emotions. Gina Falcone reveals a vulnerable side in “Feels Right”.  She keeps the passion alive in the next song “Fall for you”. “Fall for you” is a personal favorite of ours due to the infectious melody in the hook. The beat still focuses upon R&B melodies mixed with hard-hitting bass that is the perfect mix. It is easy for us to understand the concept behind this album. There is a range of themes, but a common thread is the art of love from the perspective of heartbreak and distrust. This theme shines in the sentimental song “Over It”. This song talks about a fallen relationship and broken loyalty. “Over It” is a song that many people can relate too. We would most definitely select this as one of the top three songs on this album that could be used as a leading single! “Stay Weird” ends with the song “Best Of Me”. This song begins with an interesting dialogue that states ‘I’ve learned to disconnect my mind’. The complex lyricism continues throughout the song, giving us insight into the introspective songwriting skills of Gina Falcone. “Best Of Me” is a song about identity and relationship complexities. The song speaks to the uncertainty in giving the unguarded and raw version of yourself to a special someone. Gina Falcone combines honest songwriting with a saucy vocal texture. The vocals are accompanied by scenic R&B beats to enhance her position on love. The chemistry, the authenticity, and the vibes in “Stay Weird” are combined to curate a stand-out EP. Listen to “Stay Weird” by Gina Falcone here. Welcome to BuzzMusic Gina Falcone! How has it been growing up in Orlando, Florida? What influenced your love for R&B? Growing up in Orlando, we weren't really known for art. I would say the past 10 years there has been a surge of talented people wanting and looking for artistic outlets. That built this incredible platform that has started to be acknowledged outside of just Disney. What influenced my love for R&B was definitely the type of music that was played around the house growing up. Soul and R&B I feel is my musical core. Congratulations on your EP release of “Stay Weird”. We witnessed many themes throughout this project but we would love to hear from you what the main vision you had for this EP. What inspired you to create this EP and what’s the lyrical meaning behind most of these songs? What inspired me to create this project was the self-evolution I was feeling. I was growing, and going through alot constantly feeling weird. It was about accepting the changes and growth. The vision is always staying your true self. The lyrical meaning behind the songs is the true emotions I was feeling and needed to express. Hoping that it could help someone else as well. How challenging was it for you to channel in certain emotions for these songs? Certain songs like “Fall For You” and “Over It” had a strong emotional conviction behind it! Channeling the emotion in both of those songs was easy because it was true stories of mine and true feelings I channeled into my art. Can you detail to us your creative approach towards the arrangement of the “Intro (Mind My Business)”? So I came to one of my producers @realstevi with the lyrics and we created the beat. Stevi and I have this musical connection where we are always on the same page and just work really well together. We built the beat around a sample of my own vocals that created that sound you hear at the beginning of the song. Mind your business was really fun for me because I love exploring and trying different things while in the studio. What's next for Gina Falcone? Performing at SXSW in Austin, TX next month, more performances, traveling, and of course NEW MUSIC! instagram.com/gina_falcone twitter.com/gina_falcone facebook.com/ginafalconemusic #BuzzMusic

  • Kendra & The Bunnies Talk New Music and Tour

Hey Kendra! Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today! Your new single “Silent Sleeper” is here! The fan response has been amazing so far! How are you feeling? Thanks so much for inviting me to interview today! I am so happy to see the fan response of my single "Silent Sleeper". It is always such a sweet feeling when my hard work is seen and appreciated by listeners. There has also been quite a bit of press coverage following the release of this song. A variety of blogs and magazines held premieres of the single; from East Portland Music Blog to Aesthetic Magazine based in Toronto, there has been a lot of hype. We also saw on IG you are doing a Silent Sleeper Single release tour – such a fun idea! How did you decide where you would play for these shows? There are a few factors on how I decided where to play during my "Silent Sleeper" Release Tour. A major factor was going where similar types of music are relevant. I decided to choose Portland & Bend, Oregon -- and -- Denver & Nederland, Colorado for the reason that shows attendees there really appreciate my hippie, folk vibe and lyrical style. The reason I decided to play Harrisburg, Pennsylvania as the closing city of the tour is because I was selected to perform two showcases at the Millennium Music Conference being held there the last weekend of February. The other factor in my decision-making process was traveling somewhere where I already knew I had fans and friends to support. I have connections in Portland, and I lived in Denver for two years. For someone that has not seen you live – what can we expect when we come out to catch a live show? A night of energetic conversation. Through the combination of music, spoken word, and theatrical presentation, I aim to draw the listener into a transcendental suspension of the now. My lyrics are poetry, and I strum the guitar in a trance-inducing rhythmic fashion. I hope to bring emotional healing to concert attendees by sharing my experiences through pre-written music performed in real-time. What has been the biggest surprise so far about making music in your career? Have you had an unexpected or welcome challenge to it all? The greatest surprise is witnessing how beautifully inspiration guides the songwriting process. Arriving at interesting times, the draw to write down a stanza of lyrics or record a melody calls to me in a repetitive fashion in my mind. It hounds me until I get out of the shower (with half lathered suds in my hair) and transpose whichever element is speaking through me at that time. From there, it becomes a matter of when I sit down to write out the rest of the song. A welcomed challenge has been the mental prowess that is necessary to develop for performance. My mindset becomes one of the focused-guide and centered being. Can you share some advice for any artists that are wanting to break into performing and writing music? Maybe something you had to wish you had known getting started. Absolutely! Gravitate towards the places, people, and activities that make you feel the most joyful in your life. Those are going to be the most fruitful for developing a relationship with your style of inspiration. Next would be to start appreciating the movement of life. This is my way of saying, "Enjoy the Journey". There is so much to be experienced in every moment. Be open to how blessings will manifest. Get out there and perform. Stand your ground on stage. Be that bright shining light that you are. Growing up, how important was music in your life? It can be a tough road, were your family and friends supportive of this career choice? Music has always been a very important facet of my life. Beginning with singing in musical theatre productions, I was drawn to the way music can expand the narrative of who a character is within the show's story. I noticed the same structure in a lot of rock 'n roll songs too. Particular songs became the soundtrack for specific moments in my life. I can trace certain albums to certain eras of living and tell you what was going on with me. In reference to your second question, I started performing as an actress and singer at a very young age, so my family has always been supportive of this career choice. It is who I am. Where can we get our hands on the new single and support you on social media? "Silent Sleeper" is streaming now on all music platforms. kendraelisabethmuecke.com instagram.com/kenbunny facebook.com/kendraandthebunnies #BuzzMusic

  • Catching Up With 2Four

Hey 2Four! Thank you for your time today.  I would love to dive right in and learn more about you as a person. Can you give us a brief walk-thru of your life musically? How you started and where you are now? I have always been fascinated with music in general since an early age. My dad had me listening to different genres and sounds early and I think that ultimately stuck with me. Then in high school, I took an audio production class started to dabble in writing and beat making. I knew I was getting pretty good when my English teacher asked me to enter a poetry contest at school. I basically just wrote a standard 16 bar verse and won and it got put in the school paper and all that. Fast forward to college, I left home and had the scholarship to play football but always was writing and engaged in music. I came back home and basically told my dad I wanted to do music and he said we’ll go to the studio and if we’ll see if you’re any good. Long story short that was over 7 or 8 years ago and over that time I’ve honed my craft and found my lane and now my music starting to make real noise and picking up steam. Now I feel like I have total control as a writer and creator in my music space and ready to show people what I got up my sleeve moving forward. How did you know that music is what you wanted to pursue full time? It went from being a hobby to literally all I could focus on. No matter what went on it always came back to the music. I had friends that also were rappers and did stuff musically so I was always in that space all the time even if I wasn’t fully serious or knew that it was what I wanted to do with my life. Now it’s my number one passion. Music is everything for me and it’s the most serious thing in my life. It’s my dream and something I’m really good at and just having that confidence and seeing how far my music has come is only adding fuel to the fire. There’s nothing else like it for me. You are from Nashville, which has a very active music scene. How would you describe the music scene in Nashville, what is your take on it? A huge melting pot for sure. It’s called a music city for a reason. People from all over come here to try to make it. I compare it to LA and how actors and actresses go try to make it there in the movies. It’s not too much different. The country is always the most talked about and broadcasted here but there are all types of genres and things going on that’s still a little underground and quieter but it is getting bigger and definitely growing. You can find whatever your flavor is here and I think it’s great. You have a single out titled "Party Time" that has had some great traction. Share with us what the writing process of the song was like? My writing process is basically a beautiful creative mess. I’m usually working on a bunch of different things at one time depending on my mood and vibe at the time. I rarely sit and just write one song all the way through. When it comes to “Party Time” it was actually pretty easy. I was just trying to capture that party vibe and just having fun and letting loose. I wrote that song in like 15 minutes after getting back from a bar. Some songs and lyrics just come together and fit and that’s what happened. What do you hope listeners take away after listening to your music? Just that I’m relatable in a lot of ways and I’m really just a normal dude that so happens to know how to write and put words together. Also, to just feel motivated and feel inspired to do what you love and dream of and go for it. All I’m doing is dream-chasing quite honestly and I would like for everyone to do the same no matter what that dream is. What would you say makes you stand out from all the other aspiring and upcoming artists in your genre of music? I stand out because I think that lyrics and cleverness still matter and humbly, I don’t think a lot of people can touch me in that department as well as writing good songs. Also, I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not. You won’t find me talking about certain things because that’s not authentic. I just am myself at all times and at the end of the day, I think respect will come from doing that. And, lastly, I don’t think I know everything. I am constantly studying and gaining knowledge about my craft and the business and I’m never satisfied with where I am and I think that is an advantage in the long run. Where can fans connect with you online and get their hands on the new music? Wherever you get your music fix I am there. Spotify, Apple Music, you name it. Search for 2Four and I should be there. Also, I have a website at thereal2four.net that has all of the links to my info as well. #BuzzMusic

  • Chat Holley Releases New Vintage Style Rock Single “Werewolf”

Chat Holley is a vintage style classic-rock band that incorporates a multitude of genres into their songs; including Blues, Jazz, R&B, and Groove. The band consists of artists Zack Sloan, Shane Huron, and Levi Ward who came together in 2018 with the common goal of making their own music exactly how they wanted. The name Chat Holley is an homage to their home; it was the name of the street where they all worked kitchen jobs at a restaurant – and where this whole musician adventure started. Not only are the members of Chat Holley multitalented musicians, but they are also poets, which allows them to write a story with their lyrics. In their recent single “Werewolf,” the main focus of the song begins with their instrumental talent. The intro is almost a minute of gentle strumming and drumming that slowly builds up to the beginning of the vocals. There are also a few instrumental parts where guitar riffs take center stage. Chat Holley’s vocals are throaty and relaxed, which fits well with the tone of the song. Although most of the song is chill and relaxing, there are some moments where it builds to an upbeat chorus or a wicked electric guitar solo. The versatility of the song provides a feeling of calm and power.  We look forward to seeing what Chat Holley will bring us in the future. Listen to "Werewolf" here. What's the story behind Chat Holley? We all met and all had a desire to play music. Zack and Levi were trying to start a band when Shane started working at the same restaurant as them and he had played bass with Levi in school. They all like similar music while also having diverse specific tastes that play heavily into Chat Holley's sound. The three of them fit very well together and always seem to draw attention whenever they are together Can you elaborate on the message you were trying to communicate to your fans in your song “Werewolf?” The message is sometimes things will happen to a person and they will change, sometimes for the worse. They may make mistakes. After killing a woman out of hunger, the werewolf begins to tear himself down and feels guilty for what he did but The ending of the song is the werewolf setting out for another victim. You are all multitalented artists! Can you tell us how being poets has influenced your songwriting? It's helped a lot and made songwriting a very easy and smooth process to the point where we can write a new song every 2 weeks Can you tell us about any long-term goals you have as a band? What are some things you want to do to achieve them? Long term goals are to be living solely off of making and performing Chat Holley's music and to be meeting people like us while doing. We plan to achieve this by climbing our ladders and just doing as many live performances as we can. We want to stay on our own label so we do not need a record label. We were happy to have you here on BuzzMusic! Can you tell us about what we can expect to see from you throughout 2020? Release music throughout 2020, go on a mini-tour through Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. There is also a local venue in Destin we want to perform at called Club L.A instagram.com/chatholley twitter.com/chatholley facebook.com/chatholley chatholley.bandcamp.com #BuzzMusic

  • Luh Rocket Bang Acknowledges His Independence in “Home Alone”

From Middletown, Delaware, Luh Rocket Bang is an up-and-coming hip hop/rap singer and songwriter. Surprisingly, the life of a musician was never really in the books for this Delaware artist. Although he always had an intrinsic knack for free-styling, Luh Rocket Bang always saw himself dancing, playing basketball, and even pursuing comedy. It wasn’t until 2017 that he truly realized his passion for making music. He was mystified by the way music could take over his body, and how he could use it as an outlet to spread positivity during his performances. Ever since his realization, Luh Rocket Bang has been harnessing his natural free-styling abilities to create his original sound. His most recent release “Home Alone” is a hip-hop song that spotlights Luh Rocket Bang’s natural ability to freestyle. The song begins with an R&B style backtrack consisting of a gentle electronic melody and echoing voices. As Luh Rocket Bang begins to rap, he adds a trap-like beat, which gives the song more intense energy. Lyrically, Luh Rocket Bang embraces independence as he raps about his preference for alone time. As his career and life continues to evolve, he feels it is difficult to know who to trust. This is why he stresses the importance of self-love. With his new single “Home Alone” Luh Rocket Bang uses his own experiences to address a relatable feeling, and give his audience a rap song they can truly understand. Listen to "Home Alone" here. Welcome to BuzzMusic Luh Rocket Bang! Your song “Home Alone” highlights the importance of independence, can you tell us what inspired you to rap about this? Thank you for the opportunity I appreciate it! And well with “Home Alone” the inspiration came from just certain situations like parties for instance, where I’d get there and then 10 minutes in I’d be thinking to myself like “why am I here?” When I was in school parties were always a big thing. And I guess I just felt like if I wasn’t at the parties I was missing something and I didn’t like being alone. But as I got older I realized that I’m not missing a God damn thing! And now I love being alone! It’s good to be alone because then you get closer to yourself and you start to find out who you are as an individual. And you’ll never find out who you truly are if you're always at a party around people you can’t really trust....so I throw my own parties ALONE at HOME. Throughout most of your life, you looked at music as more of a hobby rather than your future career path. We know you had a life-changing discovery of your musical passion in 2017. What triggered this realization? Are you happy with your decision? The summer of 2017 I officially decided to take music serious after years of just playing around with it because one night I was recording a freestyle on my phone using an app called Bandlab like I always would do. But I approached this one differently and actually took it more serious and I liked how it sounded. I let my brothers hear it and they liked it as well, so I was just like “why not?”. And I’ve been addicted to it ever since then. And yes I am more than happy with my decision! Making music allows me to express myself in any way I want to and connect with people all around the world. Music has helped me to grow as an individual and helped me to be more confident in myself. If I wasn’t making music right now I probably wouldn’t be happy at all. You have always had a natural ability to freestyle. How did you discover this talent, and how has it developed over the years? I discovered this talent when I was around 9 years old. Me and my oldest brother would freestyle to beats and just sit and write to a beat, and then see who wrote the better verse...Mine was always better of course lol. And then I started posting freestyles to instrumentals of songs that were popular back then, but I can’t find the channel I used to post them on sadly. But over the years I’ve just gotten better and better at it. And when I saw Juice WRLD freestyle for an HOUR it blew my mind...R.I.P. to a Legend! But seeing that inspired me to freestyle for hours and hours, so now freestyling is really 2nd nature for me. And now I’m able to freestyle songs if I want to, but I prefer to write my songs. Growing up you spent a lot of time dancing, playing basketball and even producing comedic videos. How have these experiences shaped the type of artist you are today? All these experiences definitely do play a big part in who I am as an artist today. When I was playing basketball I practiced nonstop. When I was dancing I practiced nonstop. And when I was doing comedic videos I was thinking about new video ideas nonstop. With anything, I’m passionate about I give it my all. I didn’t necessarily “make it” with those things but I never gave up on myself bc I know  I’m destined for greatness. I was good at basketball...I was good at dancing...I was good at making funny videos...but I’m Great at making music! And when I perform I incorporate a luh bit of dance moves here and there lol. And I use my humor and acting skills to make my Triller videos I post on social media more creative and different. And I’ll incorporate those same things into my official music videos. • MINEMANN Brings Punk Flair with "I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore"

MINEMANN hails from Shakopee, Minnesota, and is a one-man show! As a 17-year old singer/songwriter/producer, MINEMANN creates all his music from start to finish. His musical inspirations are wide-ranging, stemming from a variety of Punk, Hip/Hop, and even alternative artists. MINEMANN's music is a reflection of all things eccentric. He delivers an unexpecting performance with the music he's created over the past 6 months! There's only one way for you to fully understand the listening experience that MINEMANN offers, and that is by listening to the very first track from his EP 'I Hate My Hometown', titled "I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore". "I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore" is MINEMANN's intro song to his EP "I Hate My Hometown.". The vocal performance by MINEMANN in this particular track can be categorized as both aggressive and vigilant. "I Don't Wanna Be Here" is MINEMANN's attempt at vocalizing his inner frustration and emotions regarding a trivial time in his life. It's easy to say that "I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore", along with the other tracks on MINEMANN's EP, offer an eclectic display of Alt/Punk harmonies. The actual content can be understood as vulnerable, haunting, and mystic. It was clear to us that MINEMANN offers a softer side with this song, but continues to amp up that intensified execution as we progress through the EP. All in all, it's safe to say you'll need to prepare yourself for MINEMANN’s music. Listen to MINEMANN and his track "I Don't Wanna Be Here" here. Hey there, MINEMANN! As a recently debuting artist, how does it feel to finally have your music be released?! How did the process of writing, recording, and releasing your EP "I Hate My Hometown"? It feels like my music finally serving its purpose, it's not just sitting in a folder anymore it's actually out there helping people feel less alone, the way I wanted it to. the EP was made in about a week? it was my first time making anything more than one song at a time and I really loved being able to stretch one idea across multiple songs so that I could clearly express the emotions I wanted to. Your music inspiration seems to be drawn from a variety of sources. As an artist who dabbles with punk, rock, alternative, and hip/hop, do you find it easy to extract components from each genre-style and incorporate it to your own sound? I grew up listening to everything rock and rap, from biggie to Nirvana I've always loved music. my first introduction to writing music was with an old cheap guitar in some horrible punk bands in my freshman year of high school, I think the only reason I blended both genres was because I didn't have a band to play with when I decided I wanted to pursue music, instead, I had to program my own drums alongside my punk guitar and vocals. I guess I never really thought about which components I use from which genres, I just make what feels true to me and the emotions I want to express. What kind of message were you truly trying to get across to your listeners with "I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore"? "I don't wanna be here anymore" is an extremely blunt song, it was a time where I felt like the struggles I was going through didn't matter to the person who was supposed to care about them, it felt like they cared more everyone else in the world than me, who was supposed to be their "world". there's a line in the song that perfectly captures the message I wanted to send, "talk about the lives that you wanna save, well what about mine?" As a new emerging artist, have you found yourself to be inclined to work with other artists? Are there any collaborations you're seeking out? I'm always willing to work with anyone who I genuinely like as a person, but I think my dream is to have David Grohl play drums for one of my songs. instagram.com/_.browneyedboy._

  • Get Up and Dance With Malexes in Upbeat Track "Thinking It Over"

German music producer Malexes is here to showcase his thriving and rejuvenating House/Pop music. As a 25-year old artist, Malexes creates contemporary pieces of work.  He has found ways to regenerate his sound and draw in any inspiration he can to atypical songs and sounds.  His goals are ambitious.  Malexes continues to show his vigor and motivation to increase his potential.  Malexes has been in the music scene for years, only recently dabbling in creating his music. With his 2020 album to debut in March, Malexes leaves listeners with much to anticipate! His latest accomplishment, "Thinking It Over" is only a sliver of what Malexes has to offer listeners, but it's a sliver we're willing to take. Malexes’ recent release, "Thinking It Over" mixes vivacious melodies with an atmospheric production. Malexes gives listeners the chance to feel a rush of positivity. His sound in "Thinking It Over" houses an array of genre components, which is what we think makes Malexes' sound all the more enthralling. The chosen vocalism in "Thinking It Over" compliments the dramaticism that the production holds, and gives way to the overall gallant fervor presented within the song.  His smooth execution is what allows his music to become so memorable.  We hope Malexes brings more of his impressive talent to the music industry in the future.
