ScarHop is an MC, composer, songwriter, and actor. He’s living in UK, London and was born in 1990 Venezuela and raised in Madrid, Spain. From an early age of 5, he took part of his school choir performing classic music ranging from Mozart to Beethoven, alongside Latin folk music. At the young tender age of 7, he moved out of Spain with his family, and his father who was a composer, featured his voice in electro-acoustic pieces like "La Casa Del Terror" (Museo de Arte Reina Sofia - Spain). In 2005, he decided to choose Hip-hop as his musical expression and ScarHop as his artist name. He did various performances (concerts, freestyle battles) around the country. In 2010 was part of the duo "Flow ConSentido". They created a radio show called "Meta Rap" making interviews to established Spanish rappers and celebrities. ScarHop released his latest single “ABC” off his album “A Gesture Of Good Will” and this instantly had us moving and grooving! “ABC” incorporates elements of Spanish reggaeton, dance-hall alongside pop and hip-hop! ScarHop delivers a unique flow in a rap elocution we haven’t seen before! The lyrics to “ABC” are vibrant and witty, however our favorite element to the articulation of ScarHop is his background culture being introduced to the music. You hear his accent alongside the beautiful language he’s skilled with as he showcases his bars. It’s absolutely perfect for those of the Spanish culture who feels as if there aren’t enough artists paying homage to their heritage and serving as a representative in music for the community. “ABC” is also digestible for people who are just a fan of feel good music that exudes good vibes and energy. “ABC” is the summer anthem you can play at your parties or beach trips! The island flare in “ABC” makes it the perfect getaway single and it warrants its place on the album "A Gesture Of Good Will”. Check out "ABC" here. Read more with ScarHop below! Hey there, can you please introduce yourself to our readers? My name is Scarhop, I’m an MC, songwriter, composer and actor based in London, UK. How do you incorporate your musical upbringing into your style today? My style of today is the result of experiences, dreams and emotions influenced by urban music. Since I was a kid, I used to hear different genres like Jazz, Salsa, Folk and Classical Music. For every style you may approach as a creator you will need a foundation to be able to acknowledge other styles, well... at least that’s how I kept my artistic feeling awake. I was born in Venezuela, raised in Spain and I am currently living in United Kingdom. I had the luck to experience music from both America and Europe. But nowadays the London scene closed the circle to define me as an artist. Afrobeat, Grime, Dubstep, Trap and Punk from Brixton to Camden Town, that is the vibe that I use to get inspired. What’s the meaning behind “ABC” ? ABC is a song for the introvert, it is the message that I give to the my generation to be more confident with themselves. To not be afraid of the other! What inspired you to write “ABC” !? This is the description of me dancing with a random women in a birthday party. She approached me and said to me that if I manage to put Bachata music I can take her to dance. I finally managed to play a track and we started to dance, I can barely dance but when I am tipsy everything is possible. I am never comfortable dancing, but she made me feel that way and that’s why I got inspiration from that memory. MacSauce produced the beat, he is based in Sacramento and the way he makes Afrobeat is really unique. We are in the process to make new Afrobeat tracks! What’s next for you? I am currently working in an EP with producers from around Europe, I won a contest as a best rap performance in Notting Hill Arts Club hosted by NICOLA a non profit organisation that helps new artists in UK. I am about to release a videoclip from my new single “Roll A Dollar” produced by Jude Jeyaraj. And I’m happy to know that some tracks from my album “A Gesture Of Good Will” will be featured in a short film from Spain that shows the reality of teenagers in the world of social media, shout out to Juan Carlos Peredit the director! And other projects are coming! I am really into acting lately and hopefully I will confirm more opportunities. I feel that today I am in the right time and context for the urban culture in London. They have earned themselves a spot as one of the most outstanding country acts in the Midwest. They tug at our heart-strings with their single “Made Of Stone”. Thanks for answering a few questions! First of all, would you briefly describe your background and how you first became involved with music? I grew up in a town called Whitby Ontario, I didn't spend much time in school, I was more drawn to the party scene which involved a lot of days and nights spent in my garage bumping all the newest house tracks my friends and I could find. I do Construction as a career and after work I focus all of my time on my music and getting my name out there. This is my dream, to have my music heard, and appreciated. Who would you say your greatest artistic influences are? Daft Punk was always my Favourite pair of DJs, and then my friends introduced me to Tchami, and from that point it was festival after festival, and those nights you can't remember but you don't regret. I've never felt more at home and more alive than in front of that main stage and after each festival, the urge grew inside, more and more, this overwhelming feeling to be apart of it all. I want everyone to lose themselves in my music as I do and as I did in all of the DJs music that got me through the years. Do you have a specific writing process? How does your material come together? I like to always find fresh sounds to work with, and so when I hear the right one I can create a general pattern that can be built on, and so forth. I can develop a track in a day, or in a month, I try follow the same process no matter the duration of it takes to create. It comes together like a puzzle, a puzzle that also follows a pattern. You’re from Toronto, Canada. How would you describe the overall music scene there for a House DJ? Toronto is wicked for having the best DJs coming to performing and the clubs are all a blast to party at. For myself, I have yet to attempt to bump my music in club, I am primarily focused on creating music and mastering that process. I've had acknowledgement from local clubs, DJs, and artists on social media, which is my primary source of personal publicity. I think the overall music scene for a House DJ is pretty great, if you have the courage and confidence to stand up and believe you have music that's worth it. What can we hope to see from DJ Percival going forward? Going forward, I'd like to begin collaborations with various groups and artists to gain more knowledge and experience within the industry, and I would would like to start getting into clubs to DJ as well as showcase my music in front of a live audience. Each track created is like a lesson, I take every one as serious as the next and study everyday to improve. I hope to get my name up there one day, it just takes patience and time. • With His Full Album Dropping Soon, Stay On The Lookout For Conrad Jon

The talented Conrad Jon is an ambitious artist from Indiana. He completed an audio production degree and moved to Los Angeles in November 2018. Conrad has been committed to working on his upcoming debut album “Breakfast For Dinner”. The first single off this much anticipated album is “Get To Know U”. Kudos to Conrad because it’s an absolute banger! Conrad Jon has a very unique sound. I can picture late night summer drives with the windows down, bumping “Get To Know U”. The music video shows Conrad’s quirky side while he expertly recites polished verses. His flow and style remind me of Lil Dicky and Mac Miller, but Conrad Jon is too talented to be compared. “Get To Know U” highlights Conrad’s expansive knowledge in audio production. It’s modern hip-hop at it’s finest and the best part is the meaning behind the song. “Get To Know U” is about turning the struggles we face in life into learning experiences and focusing on ourselves, not looking for that lesson in other people. “Everyday I try to be the best me” is a lyric that stands out throughout this track because of it's important message. Talking about ones struggle and turning it into something inspiring is a topic that isn’t praised enough and self-love is commonly difficult to be vulnerable about but bravo, Conrad Jon. A great indication to what we can expect from his debut album “Breakfast For Dinner”. Stay on the lookout for Conrad Jon. Check out "Get To Know U" below. Read more in our interview with Conrad Jon! Hi Conrad, it's great to talk with you! How did the writing process begin for “Get To Know U”? The writing process for "Get To Know U" honestly came after I tripped on shrooms by myself, and I realized that we often "get to know ourselves" though other people, rather than actually taking a step back and looking at truly motivates and generates happiness for ourselves. At the same time I was going through a break up with a girl who honestly just complained to keep the conversation going and so I played on that theme as well because I feel they both fit hand in hand. She was complaining more to get a reaction from instead of finding a way herself to solve the problem, hence "Get To Know U". Who are your musical inspirations? My biggest musical inspirations are Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert, Mac Miller and Childish Gambino. Tell us the meaning behind your new song “Get To Know U”.? Pretty much answered that in question #1.. but it's about getting to know yourself through your own personal experiences rather than liking something because somebody else likes it (aka "staying true to yourself.") When can we expect you to drop “Breakfast For Dinner”? "Breakfast For Dinner" is dropping on Good Friday (4/19) on all streaming platforms. Connect with Conrad on social media! • Andre Lewis Comes Through With His Track “I’m Gone Make It”

Andre Lewis is an artist born in North Carolina. Growing up he was raised in several states including North Carolina, Illinois, California, New Jersey and ultimately where he currently is, Delaware. But it was during his years in Illinois is where his musical roots began and in 5th grade he picked up a trumpet. Growing up he was introduced to church where a foundation was set within him. After discovering writing raps and trying to do the same as most, he chose a different path, Gospel Rap. His goal is to rap for The Lord and spread the word about how good God is. Sharing with us today is off of his latest EP project and the song is called “I’m Gone Make It”. The respect I have for Gospel Rappers but even more so when you can stick to your word or lane and still make it feel and sound like something any and everyone can listen to. And really that is one of the best traits to have as a Gospel artist if you are looking to spread to others and for others to hear it and hear your story is phenomenal! I love the beat for sure and the lyricism of this artist really shows that he knows what he is doing. Excellent world play and it always feels good to hear music without any restrictions. I admire this track and can really relate to it on so many different levels and to me that is what makes any track HOT! Listen to “I’m Gone Make It” here and get to know more about Andre Lewis below! Hello! If you could introduce yourself to our readers please? Hey World!!! Well for starters my name is Andre Lewis. A little bit about me? I've been married for 10+ years to my beautiful wife, we have 2 wonderful boys and I'm a Christian. For those that know me personally know that I give off a special type of positive energy that you don't find everywhere. I just try to enjoy every moment I can because tomorrow is never promised to no one. Another thing about myself, I also like to be completely transparent. What you see is what you get with me, so sharing my life experiences through my music comes easy. Your love for music has helped pave your way in music. What would you say has helped contribute to that as well? My relationship with God 100%! He's the reason why I write. Hopefully someone might hear my music, my experiences, my values and even my mistakes and it either causes them to either want to know God for themself or learn from me and avoid making the same mistakes I have or causes them to want to be a better husband or wife, a father or mother, brother, sister, friend etc. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying that I'm a role model or anything, I'm just simply trying to live a life that's pleasing to God through my actions and my music. Hopefully people can hear that and it inspires them to do the same. Are you afraid of your music blending over into the Hip-Hop flare or do you embrace the blend? Actually I hope it does!! My message is meant for people. Not a specific genre. My goal is to spread the word through music. If that reaches hip hop audiences, great! If it reaches alternative audiences, awesome! Country, Rock, that's even better! I've been apart of music in just about every facet including orchestras, marching bands, choirs and cyphers since I was in the 5th grade. So, you'll hear a plethora of different sounds from me during my music career. I hope you embrace it. What influenced the creation of “I’m Gone Make It”? "I'm Gone Make It" is the album's flagship song, but is also the title of the EP. The album "I'm Gone Make It" gives you a sample of the many things that God blessed me to do in music and you'll hear more. But, the song itself was influenced by a personal experience of mine. I started writing that song in the kitchen of my old house and I remembered thinking, "I'm not going to be here forever". At the time our house was too small for a family of 4, we weren't in a position to sell it, our money was low, and debt was piling up. Our situation at that moment was depressing. But, I had recently learned in church that in order for our situations to change we have to change what we speak. We have to speak blessing and not cursing. So the song started off talking about how much I hated the current situation, but ended up using my faith to speak those things that I want into existence. It was written to actually encourage myself, but it ended up being used to help encourage and up lift others to let them know that they too can make it through whatever situation they're faced with. What can listeners expect from you in the near future? They can expect to see videos coming soon from the EP this year, features on other artist albums and a new album sometime next year! Just follow me on IG and Facebook @andrelewismusic for all updates. But before I go, I would like to take this time to personally thank each and every one of you for all of the love and support that y'all showed me through purchasing, streaming and sharing my music!! Thank y'all for all of the comments and feedback as well!! I remember it all and will never forget because it means a lot to me!!! Thank you and God Bless!!! • VATTICA Releases Impressive New Single Called “We Survive”

VATTICA is an alternative rock band based out of Los ANgeles, California. The group formed in 2014 and has since built up an impressive local fan base in southern California, playing on the infamous Sunset Strip and notorious venues such as The Viper Room, The Roxy Theatre, The Troubadour, The Echo, to name just a few. Another Century/Century Media Records signed the band after catching one of their infamously energetic live performances. In 2017, they recorded their album at The Mix Room in Burbank, California, working with veteran producer Ben Grosse (Breaking Benjamin, Daughtry, Filter, RED, Vertical Horizon, Third Eye Blind, STARSET). It was during this period that VATTICA decided to join forces with new management, releasing their first single “REMEMBER TO BREATHE” in May 2018 under their own label, Villis. “We Survive” is VATTICA’s recently released single. Within the first several seconds, one is hit with a wall of sound, with huge sounding drums and lush sounding instruments. After a brief introduction, these instruments drop out and the vocals enter accompanied by some light piano. Immediately, it is very clear that this rock group has a very polished and refined sound. The arrangement is a perfect balance of energetic moments juxtaposed with softer elements. “We Survive” will also be featured as a music video for release in 2019. This is a modern day rock anthem, and we highly encourage everyone to check out VATTICA’s “We Survive”. Listen to “We Survive” here and get to know more about VATTICA below! Thanks so much for catching up with us! First and foremost, would you mind describing how this group met and got together? Alexander: Prentice and I have known each other for years. We started playing music together young. VATTICA was formed when we moved to Los Angeles from the Bay Area in 2009. Collectively, who would you say your biggest artistic influences are? Alexander: Green Day, Our Lady Peace, Linkin Park, Eve6, The Beatles, B.B. King, Johnny Cash, Prince, NIN...I mean we’re influenced by everything. Any experience can be an influence. Prentice: For the band, Our Lady Peace. What does your whole songwriting process look like? How do these songs take shape? Alexander: It’s collaborative. We write and agree on chord progression and rhythm and then I write the melody & lyrics. Prentice: Yes, someone will come up with an idea, then we bounce it back n forth until something works! You’ve played at a lot of infamous venues in Los Angeles. How would you describe the overall music scene today in LA? Alexander: It feels kinda lost and really spread out to me. Like, there’s a lot of talented artists here, but not one cohesive scene at the moment. Prentice: There’s a lot of rock here, but you need to find the area that fits your brand of rock. For example, Sunset Blvd is a world away from Silverlake in regards to rock music. You have a single called “We Survive” which seems to have an anthem-like quality. Did you have a particular message behind the music? Alexander: The message of We Survive is just that; survival in the face of overwhelming odds. The song is about not giving up on your dreams, your love, your life, what have you. It’s about daring to have hope in dark times. What can we hope to see from VATTICA in the future? Alexander: Well, we just released a new single and finished shooting a music video for it that’ll be out later this month! We’ve got a bunch of stuff going on so head over to officialvattica.com or say hi to us on Instagram @vattica! • Zaris Adonis From Phoenix, Arizona Releases A Smooth New Single Called “Kiss”.

Zaris Adonis is a 24 year old singer and songwriter based out of Phoenix, Arizona. He began to sing at an early age and grew into his voice, cultivating his own sound as a result of influences such as Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, and Beyonce to name a few. Zaris Adonis began writing songs after he completed high school, attending courses for the recording arts to further develop his skills as an artist. His music revolves around creative storytelling, with his debut album Love Lust & Mistrust focusing on a dysfunctional love story which ends up just being a strong infatuation and the illusion of happiness. “Kiss” is a fresh new single offered by Zaris Adonis. The song begins with a lush soundscape of synthesizers that set the tone for the catchy beat and soulful vocals that enter shortly thereafter. The lyrics are powerful and poetic, and the vocals have a very natural and silky smooth quality to them. The verses have soaring melodies, and the chorus is simple yet incredibly catchy. At times the beat drops out allowing the song to breathe at critical moments, and this seems to show a maturity in songwriting that is normally beyond the talents of a 24 year old. With themes like love and lust, this song is something that anyone can relate to. This young artist is clearly destined for great things, and we highly recommend you check “Kiss” out today! Listen here! Read our exclusive interview with Zaris Adonis below. Thanks for answering a few questions! To start off, would you mind describing your background and your first involvement with music? I would say my background in music consists of 7 years of band and 20 plus years of singing and discovering my voice and sound; I’ve always been around music my whole life with family members being guitarist, pianist and or vocalist I began singing at a very young age at the time when I began to sing. I remember singing a lot of Mariah Carey especially her song Fourth of July which is still one of my favorites by her to this day. I’ve never had any professional vocal training till I got into middle school band playing different instruments and learning music theory and different breathing exercises which helped a lot in devolving my voice; after high school I continued my music education at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences where I dove into sound/music production and design and business; from then on I’ve been able to flourish as an artist. You were born in raised in Phoenix, Arizona. How would you describe the overall music scene there? The music scene here in Arizona is overall a supportive community to anyone who wants to take their craft seriously; I’ve been able to connect with so many like-minded individuals who help me grow as an artist and vice-versa. It’s also a fast growing community and becoming a known city for its diversity in music. You have a single out called “Kiss”. Would you say there is a certain message or meaning behind the music here? Yes, the song Kiss from my debut album Love Lust & Mistrust does have a meaning behind the lyrics of wanting that person you know is no good for you just to see if there can be reconciliation. What is your writing process like? How does your music end up coming together? My creative process is never the same some of my songs come from poetry I’ve written or a chorus that I’ll sing throughout the day and or sometimes the music I produce will evoke a feeling which will help bring a song together. It’s also a very vulnerable process because I truly write how I feel in a moment space and time. What can we hope to see from you in the future? Definitely, more music to come and some exciting collaborations as well. I am also planning a mini-tour for my album so tour dates will be posted soon and hopefully in the future I can provide opportunities for other artist and help in their development.
