- “Boxed Feelings” Is A Visual Love Triangle By Tee Official
London, UK’s Tee Official, developed a love for music early. This experience helped to shape his musical journey, and by his teenage years, he was writing his music. His vocal skills, lyrical creativity, and vocal cadence are a few key aspects that set him apart from the rest. Creating but not limiting his projects to being in his comfort zone, he’s known to experience various realms while remaining authentically Tee Official. “Boxed Feelings” is the latest release from Tee Official’s musical catalog. A wavy blend of enticing grooves and buoyant style, this is his debut in Hip-hop’s sub-genre of the drill. From the jump, this track immerses you in the sonic destination Tee Official has set out for. Offering up eye-catching visuals that you can’t shy away from, we see Tee Official on a relationship mission of his own. Caught up between his current love interest and another woman he has eyes on, we see a medley of memories that flood in from Tee Official and his present-day bond with the main woman in his life. As we hear him rap with tenacity, the perfectly timed lyrical motifs go hand in hand with the visuals on screen. There’s clearly tension between the two, and although he continues to sneak off with the apple of his eye, his partner recognizes his tells and quickly catches on to the games he plays. Through this musical journey, we see Tee Official caught up in this love triangle and the conflict that comes with a decision of the heart. With there being feelings for the two women, we embark on a trip down memory lane as Tee Official recognizes the strain that this is causing his relationship. Making a choice to pursue the latter, the intensity that comes with this decision has us floored and grateful we stuck around for the drama, passion, and life choices that will shape a new destination. Allowing a different side of him to resonate through his music, Tee Official has a knack for creating a distinctive sound that intrigues and transports his listeners – especially in “Boxed Feelings.” Welcome to BuzzMusic, Tee Official, and congratulations on releasing the music video for “Boxed Feelings.” We love the concept that you put together, as each scene catches our attention in a different way. What inspired the concept for this music video? What inspired the concept of the video was my real life. The song and visuals were set to match aspects of my past relationship and my actions in the relationship. There are some things I can’t take back, but coming up with the visual concept and executing it, will be my reminder never to repeat such mistakes (and hopefully a lesson and reminder for other people too). Could you please share a glimpse into what the energy was like on set? How long did it take for you to shoot this video? The energy was amazing! It made the shoot run smoothly, from working with beautiful models to having the director have the same vision as me. I was surprised we managed to get it all done in 4 hours. I had to imagine the two models were the significant people the track referred to. The only difficulties I had with the shoot were, shooting during a heat wave & trying to stay in character. What’s it like working out of your home studio versus going to the studio to create? Do you find that this plays into your creative process? I prefer recording in my home studio more than I do in an actual studio, but truth be told, it depends on the kind of song and vibe I’m going for. For a song like this, I was in my headspace, reminiscing about my ex. It felt right to record at home, where I could get the emotion out. My previous songs were recorded in a studio, but they give off a different energy. Your lyrics are so descriptive and paint quite the picture. Are all of your songs based on true stories, or is there an image that speaks to them? Every song of mine is based on real-life aspects. Whether it be real-life activities or occurrences or even just thoughts I’ve had before, it’s music, so you have to be creative with it and display it in a way that people can take it in. Sometimes, you have to add a bit of salt and pepper to it. However, it’s all based on something within my reality. What's next for you? Now that I’ve completed the "Boxed Feelings" project, it’s time to go back to keeping Tee 100% Official. Time to give the fans the side of me they enjoy listening to. They weren’t expecting to hear of a project like this after I released Area Boyz, but I’ve got something ready for the people. Instagram Twitter

- Travel The 'Flower Covered Hills' In Cold Engines Emotive Second Chapter
Cold Engines are the North Shore Boston natives dominating the retro-wave, power pop, and melody-driven rock sound they’ve fostered. The project of radio darling/touring machine, The Brew’s founder David Drouin alongside drummer Aaron Zaroulis, Geoff Pilkington, and Adam Saylor, the group emerged in 2015 with a prolific run of 12 full-length albums and over 140 shows a year. Launching in 2015 with its debut record in the can, the band started in The Brew's ashes. Cold Engines quickly pivoted to capture something special. With the relentless pop hooks of The Police, Queen, The Smiths, Neil Young, and The Beatles serving as inspiration, Drouin knew exactly what he was after. Six years into their journey, the band has found itself fully and without apology as a new wave power pop force with their 12th album release, 'Flower Covered Hills Chapter.2.' Throughout the ten tracks on the album, Cold Engines professes their nostalgic vision as they paint our minds with glowing images that jump to life in the poetic realm of lyricism. Opening up the album with a track like “All Talk,” your energy is shifted in a dreamy aura rich in soothing vocals as the graceful energy Cold Engines drives home accompanies powerful lyrics driven straight into your heart. Mastering their sound over the course of their career, they’re no strangers to what they do best as individuals and collectively. A medley of authentic instrumentation representation and glimmers of electronic finesse rounds out the sounds portrayed, and you can hear how they match it to every song on the album. A record like “Hey There” simmers in a field of passion as the pulsating percussion adapts to velocity to suit the story now conveyed. Swaying in the adoration of love and the pain it brings. The brilliant vocal performance is velvety and eases into your headphones, sonically codling you with an earnest embrace. With melancholy and optimism being poignant themes as we weave through the album, “Still Here” and “On Your List” are prime examples of how Cold Engines immaculately carves out respective space for your emotions to shift. With “Still Here” powering through with a jaunty and upbeat nuance, the song has your mind more focused on moving and grooving to the beat as the bassline drives this piece home. As “On Your List” thrives in a melancholic environment with this key forward ballad playing into the ebb and flow of the percussion patterns, Cold Engines instills a new perspective on a theme often touched on. Each song heard is rich in its organic integrity, allowing us to take it in more thoroughly in a natural state. Through prolific mid-tempos, thoughtful and somber paces, and the upbeat groove that catches you off-guard every now and again, Cold Engines takes advantage of each peak and valley as they portray their elegance throughout 'Flower Covered Hills Chapter.2.' “Nothing to Prove” has worlds colliding as inquisitiveness is poured into this record, and you’re raveled in myriad melodies luring us into the tempo in such a profound way. Then panning to the album's next song, “Like It Or Not,” the contrasting feel-good essence as the foundation for somber lyrics of realization evokes yet another series of emotions through expressive and silky croons offered. The detailed songwriting that illuminates the chronicles of Cold Engines’ themes captures each song's captivating magnetism. The hooks are golden. The melodies free-flow effortlessly, and there’s a prolific offering of realization that allows us to tap into a more introspective head space as we bask in the striking words upon us. “Ride With Me” is an exceptional example of the continual tight performance they exude, highlighting their unity's strength. Each irresistible sound has its own respective space that’s accounted for, and they luminously dance amongst one another with poise and grace. As we embrace a song like “I’m Trying,” Cold Engines pushes the envelope while staying in the pocket of a sound they’ve come to dominate. Swaying between promising and wistful vocals that have us feeling emotion in some of its purest forms, you’re steered in the exact route that Cold Engines intends for you to venture towards. One thing that remains consistent throughout the album in its most comforting measures has to be the lush grasp of each guitar riff keeping in the tune of the emotive nature – no matter what. Whether it be peppy strums or beautifully arranged plucks, you thrive with Cold Engines amongst the satisfying glow of warm-heartedness. As we come closer to the end of 'Flower Covered Hills Chapter.2,' we’re graced with two ballads that adopt a classic format while standing tall amongst the rest of the records heard, “Somewhere Underneath” and “Don’t Hang On,” cater greatly to the various frontages of Cold Engines in the sonic persona they convey – which is rather remarkable. There’s something for everyone as the raw and elegant lens they hand us has access to a window from which only the beholder can peer. Welcome back to BuzzMusic, Cold Engines. We’re always so excited to speak with you about your latest work! We loved taking in 'Flower Covered Hills Chapter.2' from start to finish. Each song was able to comfort us in familiarity, all while offering a refreshing perspective into the themes addressed. With this being chapter two, what was the concept you instilled into this body of work? There were a lot of songs that weren’t able to fit in chapter 1. When some time passed between then and now, I had written many more in the same vein, so it just felt like it needed to be a record. There’s such an effortless flow in how the album is laid out, was this done on purpose? How did you decide on the natural layout of the tracks? Thank you so much! Honestly, it just happened that way. Luck of the draw, I suppose. Could you please highlight the main message you want your audience to take away from this album? Do you find that any songs do a better job of conveying that message than others? Our message continues to be one of hope. I’d really like people to know they are not alone. We would love it if you could look at the creative process of bringing this album to life! What was this process like? That’s a great question. We write songs in a weird kind of way. We start to play and sing while recording on a single mic. We stay out of our way and let the songs write themselves. If something doesn’t work or it hits a wall, we abandon it immediately with no time wasted. So, it feels like we help the song come to life rather than consciously “writing” it. What can we expect to see and hear from you come 2023? A big year with a lot of rock & roll and many more records! Instagram Facebook
- Ramone Hamilton Warms Hearts Far & Wide In "Don't Forget To Send A Christmas Card"
The sweet stylings of 16-year-old singer-songwriter, actor, voice actor, and recording artist Ramone Hamilton are at it again, this time with a holiday twist in his new single, "Don't Forget To Send A Christmas Card." Ramone Hamilton is best known for playing the leading voice of George in the Dreamworks animated series Captain Underpants, Coop in Disney Jr.'s The Chicken Squad, Axl in Universal Pictures' The Grinch, and more recently, in Minions: The Rise of Gru. Born into a long line of entertainers, Ramone Hamilton's successful career has only just begun. His recent holiday single, "Don't Forget To Send A Christmas Card," was written by his grandfather, none other than iconic actor Bernie Hamilton, known for his role as Captain Dobey from the popular 1970s series Starsky and Hutch. Produced by famous drummer Joseph Block, the new single spreads an old-school Christmas vibe among Hamilton's Gen Z peers. Featuring Stevie Wonder's bass player, Nathaniel Watts, "Don't Forget To Send A Christmas Card" softly opens with jingle bells, Christmas bells, and lush instrumentals. Ramone Hamilton's sweet vocals float through our speakers with the joy of the season, reminding his loved ones to send their blessings and kind regards. The song's accompanying music features cameos from actors like Isaac Ryan Brown (Raven's Home), Jalyn Hall (All American), and Cameron J. Wright (Family Reunion). There are also heartfelt, touching scenes that see Ramone Hamilton's real-life aunt writing to a boy in a photograph, who was her real-life son who passed away in a tragic accident. The song and music video perfectly paint the season's pictures of holding your loved ones close and reminding those far away of your eternal love, support, and care for them. Elevate your holiday season with Ramone Hamilton's new single, "Don't Forget To Send A Christmas Card," now available on all digital streaming platforms. Welcome to BuzzMusic, Ramone Hamilton. You've just made our holidays happier with the release of your recent single, "Don't Forget To Send A Christmas Card." What inspired you to record and release this Christmas song written by your grandfather, Bernie Hamilton? I wanted to create something that was going to be able to stand the test of time, like the "Christmas Song" by Nat King Cole. I wanted to do something for the holidays, and this seemed like a really cool thing to do for it. What was your experience in the studio when recording the music video for "Don't Forget to Send a Christmas Card"? What was your favorite part of this process? It was really fun. The process was cool because the song was written and recorded by my grandfather in the 80s. So when I recorded the song, we revamped the music and brought in Nathanial Watts, who has been Stevie Wonder's bassist for 40 years, to play bass on the song. It was very nostalgic because Nathanial had worked with my grandfather on other music, and there was a point where Nathanial started telling me stories about my grandfather. But we created all new music for it, and of course, I laid down a new vocal track. What did you hope to make listeners feel when hearing "Don't Forget to Send a Christmas Card"? What did you want them to experience? I want listeners to feel nostalgic. I want the song to make them want to call a family member or loved one. I hope it helps people to connect to simpler times and really cherish the moments with the people you love. And I hope it makes people want to send a Christmas card too! What was it like working with so many familiar names when creating the song and music video for "Don't Forget to Send a Christmas Card"? What was that massive collaboration like? It really gave me a warm feeling that my acting peers would participate — that I called them, and they jumped in and came out to support it, showed love, and participated in the video. It really added a nice touch. There was a lot of coordinating. It was a good experience and a great process! On a more personal note, why do you think your career has been so successful at the young age of 16? What is your recipe for success? I feel like my career has been so successful because of my faith. I have got to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for blessing me with being able to be an actor. This is something I’ve always wanted to do. And to actually go out and live my dreams at such a young age has been a blessing. I think my recipe for success would also be hard work. I put everything into what I do. I prepare, and I prepare and prepare, and then prepare some more. Hard work and perseverance. I’ve had a lot of stuff that hasn’t gone my way. Along with my wins, I’ve taken a lot of losses. But it’s all shaped me to want to keep going. But it’s also important to know that things take time. And while I’m so happy with where I am, I’m nowhere near done. Not being complacent has really helped me. ramonehamilton.com instagram.com/ramonehamiltonofficial

Check out the radiant stylings of Kelsie Kimberlin and Pedro Vengoechea in their latest music video for "Fruit Basket," now available on YouTube. Welcome to BuzzMusic, Kelsie. We adore the uplifting and vibrant vibe of your recent music video with Pedro Vengoechea for "Fruit Basket." What inspired you to create this feel-good song in the first place? Thank you for your kind words. This song and video mean a great deal to me personally and artistically. First, I wanted to create a fun "feel good" song to compensate for years of lockdown under COVID and years of division, war, and conflict. Second, I wanted to do something different with lots of color and energy. Was this your first time working alongside Pedro Vengoechea when creating "Fruit Basket"? How did this collaboration come about? Actually, this is not the first time I have worked with Pedro. He co-produced my last release, "Cosmopolitan Girl," and he has been involved with several other songs I will soon release. However, "Fruit Basket" is the first song that he sang a sort of duet with me, and I met him for the first time when I flew to Cartagena to film the video. He is truly amazing, and I now feel like he is family to me. What was your experience shooting the "Fruit Basket" music video in Cartagena, Colombia? Was that your first time traveling for a music video? This was not my first time traveling for a music video. In fact, because I am Ukranian-American, I filmed four music videos in Ukraine before the war. My experience in Cartagena was spellbinding. The people and food were amazing, and the film director and crew were professional and prepared. We filmed most of the video in the old part of the city called Getsemani, which was magical. And after two days of filming, we spent several days sightseeing, island hopping, and street shopping. Pedro was with me the entire time, ensuring we had the best experience possible. What was your goal with the music video for "Fruit Basket"? What did you want to convey and get across to viewers? As I mentioned, people worldwide have been experiencing collective depressive stress for a long time, and I wanted to help them shed that away. So I wrote this song hoping people will see all the joy in the world again and celebrate their love for one another. What's next for you? I have recently filmed four new music videos and have been on a roll in the studio, recording dozens of new songs. I expect 2023 will be a big year for me and that my fans will be very happy about the trajectory of my music. So please stay posted. Instagram Facebook
- Albella Lets Listeners Know They Aren’t “ALONE”
Finland is home to singer-songwriter Albella. Releasing her highly anticipated single “ALONE,” on November 25th, she showcases her sound and tenacity as a pop/R&B artist who places an abundance of soul into her music. Taking the time to expose the vulnerability rampant in her demeanor, Albella’s impactful croons are poignant and eye-opening as this composition plays into darker tones emphasizing the raw and authentic narrative in place. Her soulful essence provides listeners with an empowering performance drenched in lived pain and experience as she reiterates thought-provoking lyrics like, “life is just an empty dream.” Albella strains the theme of fear as loneliness takes the spotlight in this melancholic ballad. “ALONE” is the song many can relate to as they find their footing in this lifetime and take their existence one day at a time. Inspired by the pandemic and her father's illness, Albella’s hopeless disposition was brewed when all felt unclear, and she felt alone in the situation she was dealing with. Although carrying an undercurrent that seems to dwell in the downhearted times experienced, she boldly rises to the challenge. Her perseverance kicks into gear as she shares words of hope with her audience. Albella proves that you can rise above it all and carry forth with faith and hope for brighter days ahead. As the inspiration we all need, Albella’s single, “ALONE,” conveys a message shaped by her indisputable strength. Welcome to BuzzMusic, Albella! Congratulations on the release of your latest single, “ALONE.” With this powerful ballad leaving a richness of thought pouring through our minds, could you please describe your current headspace on the subject matter of loneliness? How do you find strength in trying times like this? Music has always given me the strength and power to overcome all difficulties. Making "ALONE" helped me to overcome hard times. During corona time, I realized how people are suffering from loneliness and how love is needed the most during these difficult times we are living. Could you please highlight the team that helped you bring this song to life? What was everyone's role, and how did they contribute to this being the masterpiece that it is? I don’t have any specific team. I make my songs, I do also producing, and I’m also involved what comes to mixing the song. I do the lyrics for all of my songs and arrange and produce them. Of course, some make beats in the studio, but even there, I’m saying what comes in each part. So my songs are made mostly 90% by me. What can we expect to see and hear from you next? In the future, some new singles are coming. Until now, I didn't want to do any gigs or performances, especially during corona time. But now I feel that it is time to start performing again. So hopefully, in the future, I would like to perform and do gigs again. Instagram Facebook
