- Prince YG Releases the Sensual Song “All Yours”
All the way from North Carolina, Prince YG released his single titled “All Yours”. “All Yours” was a beautiful song that sets the mood right for you and that special someone. Beginning with the production of the song. The beat was fused with two main genres that caught my attention. Hip-hop mixed with a smooth R&B. this fusion of genres or may we say, “Trap R&B” served as a super dope root for the song. Due to this, Prince YG was able to show us two dimensions of his artistry. His delivery was immaculate. The hook serenaded its listener with beautiful riffs and runs and a gorgeous soulful melody. The verses were delivered with an immaculate flow that gave diversity to Prince YG’s creative musicality. The lyrics to “All Yours” were sexy, smooth, and passionate. Prince YG confidently sings about romance and the physical chemistry you feel between you and somebody else. Prince YG’s great vocal tone can be credited to his past experience singing in his local church as a growing child. His vocal quality, rap delivery, and all-around presence to “all yours” were fiery, raw and completely bonafide and authentic to him. “All Yours” was a smooth-sailing vibe that can fully capture the moment. You can listen to “All Yours” by Prince YG here! Welcome to BuzzMusic Prince YG! Tell us about your upbringing. How has your experience in singing in churches prepare you for your music today? My upbringing was difficult growing up after the death of my father Joshua Richardson Sr leaving my mother to raise three kids on her own with me being the only male. I was also raised in the church setting where I began doing music with my cousins, we were called The Chosen Ones, as I got older I branched off and start writing my own music outside of gospel. Singing in churches got me comfortable in performing in front of a large setting, it helped me understand my voice level, it also taught me to do music from the heart which is why I'm so aggressive with my musical approach today. “All Yours” has a strong lyrical presence. How would you describe the meaning of this song and your songwriting approach? The Single All Yours is an R&B song with a soft melody it was made to target the old and mature. The meaning of the song was really to show listeners how versatile I can be with my music. What was the most difficult component to creating “All Yours” for you and how did you overcome the obstacle? The most different component to creating All Yours was catching the beat tempo and trying not to be explicit but also to where I get my point across to the older listeners. In what ways were you able to personally relate to your single “All Yours”? Ways I was personally able to relate to All Yours is sometimes the music can speak for you rather than your partner guessing what is on your mind in this case. What’s next for you Prince YG? The next project that I'm working on is my mixtape GAP Good As Promised the release date is TBA. instagram.com/c_rich903 #BuzzMusic #newmusic #hiphop #losangeles

Marcus Alland is showing us that he’s coming for everything he deserves with his EP titled “Calm Before The Storm”. The opening song on this EP titled “C.B.T.S” was a nice introduction to the album. He basically gives us a smooth invitation into the EP to enjoy the project to the fullest. He welcomes his listener in with soft melodic jazz instrumental and a laid-back bass for us to instantly catch a vibe with the album. “Smooth Like Velvet” transitions in right after and the vibes are now increasing. The atmosphere was chill, imaginative, and descriptive due to the detailed lyrics and wavy wordplay Marcus Alland delivers. Marcus Alland was able to convey a relaxing vibe through “Smooth Like Velvet” with a dope hook that was contagious and addictive. Marcus Alland switches the tone up with the next track “Cleopatra” which was an interlude, giving us something different. “Cleopatra” was my personal favorite on this EP. The cadence and lyrics in this record were just highly vibrant and extravagant for me. Marcus Alland also gave a smooth-sailing flow on a calm beat that I thoroughly enjoyed. Marcus Alland strips away the artist’s appeal and becomes vulnerable with his listener with the next single “Numb To The Bs”. “Numb To The Bs” was super relatable. Very influenced by the new wave and dark 80s sounds. Tell us about your song “Minute Beat”! How does this reflect the theme of your album “Analogue Influence” and why? Minute Beat is the most rhythmic and charged track on the disc, without abandoning the dark vein. I think the whole album has a dark theme but not for this sad and oppressive. - Drayghun Will Have You “Dreamin” About Someone
Drayghun, formerly iNeyt, is an army veteran who became an independent artist in Atlanta and uses music as his creative and emotional outlet. His new release “Dreamin” is perfect for anyone who has ever been lovestruck and could not stop thinking of that special person, which makes it so easy to relate to! The rap song has a unique introduction that captivates the listener from the start; a charming voice mail to his love interest. The beat picks up at the perfect time and the chorus has a simple melody which he sings with an urgency that implies his yearning for his girl. The passion and creativity of “Dreamin” are clearly in line with Drayghun’s personality and life experiences. He was known for creating a studio in his trailer when he was deployed in Kuwait, which helped to keep him distracted from his environment. During this time he also reached out to Lil Wayne while he was serving his time in prison, and received inspiring advice; “don’t stop the music it’s a life that never dies…” Drayghun’s devotion to his artistry is contagious; he expressed “when no one understands me my music does.” The song and video for “Dreamin,” will have you thinking of that special person for hours after as his chorus plays in your head. Sleeping in front of a fridge with your pillow has never been cuter, and after watching Drayghun’s music video for “Dreamin” you will agree! Hey Drayghun, welcome to BuzzMusic! We are thrilled to feature your song “Dreamin”! Could you tell us about your intentions when writing this song? Sure I appreciate the opportunity! So I was in Queens, New York at the time visiting my Auntie & Cousins and I was staying in the basement in one of the rooms. I had woke up the morning of the 25th of September, showered and had just finished my meditation and randomly turned on my mic to warm up just in case I felt like recording. I walked out of my room and my cousin was just walking out of her room on her way to the gym. We started conversing for a bit before she had to go, we were talking about relationships. She was telling me about a situation she was facing where she felt stuck, she really liked a guy and he liked her as well however he couldn't let go of the relationship he was in and she didn't want to force anything. I told her I'd been in a similar situation before and that the best thing to do is to choose herself despite the overwhelming feelings she was having for him. We laughed it up, talked for a little bit more and she left for the gym. After the conversation, I realized ... No one is home, I can scream my lungs out! I immediately went back into my room and turned on the computer to search for an instrumental because I felt inspired by the convo with my cousin. As soon as I hit record the words started flowing and that's how "Dreamin" came about. Your journey to becoming an artist is an inspiring story! Can you tell us a little more about how your life in the army influences your music today? My life in the Army was one of discipline, dedication, loyalty & determination. A never give up attitude was drilled into us and we were taught "Mission First." After my time was up in the Military these core values transferred into my music. Serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom I saw & experienced things that I desired to forget about and music became that outlet that helped me along the way. I transferred the discipline, dedication, loyalty, determination and a never give up attitude from my time in the Army into my music and this is why even to this day I'm still creating. "Mission First" Music is my personal mission & therapy. You enrolled in CRAS (The Conservatory Of Arts & Sciences) and completed an internship in Thailand and Vietnam. Can you tell us how these experiences have shaped you to be the artist you are today? Ah man, going over to Thailand and Vietnam after graduation was a first for me and it opened up my eyes to how diverse the world is. The atmosphere I experienced in these countries was that of peace and it helped transform the way I approached music. Thailand is known as the "Land of Smiles" and before going I had a lot of anger and aggression within me and to this day I have MANY unreleased records that have a lot of aggression and pain within them. Thailand and Vietnam helped to simmer that fire within me which transformed my music into a more lighthearted vibe. When I saw how these people didn't have the opportunities as we have here in the US but they're so kind and genuine it really made me take a step back and reevaluate myself. As I changed my music began to slowly change. I'm grateful for that experience, it's definitely had an impact on my music even till this day. Who in your life has influenced your music the most? Could you tell us about how they influenced your song “Dreamin”? Hands down, Lil Wayne has been my biggest influence. He's hardworking and doesn't take no for an answer and his wordplay and honesty are out of this world. I've always been a hardworking individual since the age of 14, outspoken and the black sheep of my family. When I first heard of Wayne and his music, I could immediately relate. So how he influenced "Dreamin", Wayne's a freestyler and I can honestly say I've never been one though I've tried before and dear gawd it was "horrible" lol. However, I've been writing since 2005 and after so many years of writing your mind begins clicking so fast you don't have time to write and this was the case with "Dreamin" Wayne's never been shy of freestyling so that day on the 25th when the ideas were flooding in I was like "What the hell" and started freestyling and within 15 - 20 minutes I was finished recording the record. We enjoyed having you here on BuzzMusic! Can you tell us about any upcoming shows you have? And what is your next step as an artist? We hope to hear more from you soon! As of now, I do not have any shows lined up at the moment, I've been recording for a long time so now I'm taking the time to release the catalog I've developed over the years. I love to travel and everywhere I travel I have my portable studio with me. So wherever I go, I'll be recording and filming visuals in the different countries I visit. I've spent a great deal of time in the States trying to get my music heard and I feel throughout my recent travels my music is accepted more in foreign countries. It's time to take my music worldwide and I can proudly say I'm doing this as an independent artist. I'm grateful for the opportunity and I'm grateful I've been able to do this interview with you all. Look out for new music coming in the near future. Thanks again for this opportunity! drayghun.com #BuzzMusic

- Exclusive Interview: Aryah Asla Talks New Music, Shows & More
Hello Aryah Asla, welcome to BuzzMusic! Thank you for taking the time to talk with us. Can you tell our readers about yourself and how you began your career in music? Hello, Thank you so much for having me! My name is Aryah, I was born and raised in a small town called Erie Pennsylvania. As a child I always felt somewhat “out of place”. Especially growing up in such an unaccepting city. My parents put me and my sister in private school as children too give us a better education but they soon removed us because the bullying from teachers and students became out of hand. Of course, nothing truly changed after putting us in public school, but like most teenagers in high school we slightly found our way(But does anyone really?). Music has always been my saving grace though. Performing ever since I was an in preschool. Later I moved to Los Angeles to go to Musicians Institute so I could really own my talent and grow. While there I trusted the wrong people and let’s just say some not so great things happened to me behind the scenes and in front. But I learned to mimic the great Beyoncé and just put it into my art. I met some really great people in the music industry who gave me advice and that’s why you hear so much honesty in my music. Your EP 'Crybaby' was a hit! When do you expect to release another album or EP? Thank you, I plan to release my next project in summer 2020 and the single in the spring. What would you say is your favorite part about performing live? What is a concert like from you, and when do you plan on performing next? My favorite part about performing live is the connection that I can make with the audience. I tend to be extremely emotional when I perform live, because of how much the words I’ve written mean to me. I’m planning a small show with some really great friends at a small bar like venue called mile wine in Stockton Ca. It’s free and will be extremely personal and raw. I can’t wait! What is your favorite part about creating music? How do you focus your energy on perfecting the perfect project in the studio? My favorite part is the therapeutic release. After I write a song I feel a weight being lifted off my shoulders as if those feelings and worries have been set free. I never truly focus on making something perfect just honest and raw. I want people to feel what I feel when they hear the project and I think I’ve truly mastered that in my art. Thank you for talking with us Aryah Asla, it was a pleasure! What can we expect to hear next from you? No thank you for this amazing opportunity! Next, you’ll be hearing my lead single “Lowkey” in the spring. I may even release a little surprise before that. So stay tuned! Instagram.com/aryahasla Twitter.com/aryahasla Aryahasla.com #BuzzMusic
- Artist Outlook: Caesar
Welcome to BuzzMusic Caesar! Tell us about your stage name. What’s the story behind “Caesar”? The story behind my stage name Caesar is; when I was young I was a huge supporter of 50 cent and his music in the early 2000s. When the movie "Get Rich or Die Tryin" came out I was intrigued and captivated by it. The name Caesar was used and from that moment on I decided to go by the name Caesar whenever I would do music or freestyle. I've been going by the stage name Young Caesar to Caesar since then. Caesar to me is a very confident and powerful name. We really enjoyed your single “Never Gave Up”. How would you describe your creative process behind this record? I wrote this song in late December of 2018 in my parent's villa in Nigeria. The mood behind this song is inspiration, motivation, to never give up in anything you want to do in your life, and lastly, follow your dreams no matter how many times you may fail. When I was in Nigerian, my family and I first went to Lagos, Nigerian where we stayed for like a week and then we went to the village where my parents were born, grew up, met each other, and where our villa was at. During the whole trip especially when I was in the village, I learned about the struggles my parents endured to get to America and how hard they had to work for everything they've received thus far and related it to my life and current struggles that I face in America. This moment gave me the inspiration needed to create this song. I remembered the generator being off, my headphones in, the instrumental playing, and me writing in my parent's villa in Nigeria. How would you detail your songwriting approach to your song “What You Need”? What inspired you to write this single? My bro Emandagawd had all the creative process behind this song and he mentioned; The process behind this record was us really channeling the inner thoughts of what goes on at parties. There's always that one "plug" who has anything you need to get to that next "level" or knows someone who does. Then you have some people who only smoke, you have some people who only drink, etc. So it was really us putting ourselves in that setting and pinpointing these different individuals that create the dynamic of most functions whether they're the loudest or the quietest in the room. Subtle things throughout the track help paint the whole picture like the slight slurring of words in the hook is an example of how people can be when intoxicated. What does hip hop mean to you? Hip Hop is a movement, culture that is very diverse and encompasses music, visual arts, expression, and fashion. Hip hop also means to me the creation of new trends, waves, and vibes that is somewhat unique but honest and true to the creator's individuality. Basically, the creation of new flows and sounds that is sonically pleasing to one's ear, that creates some kind of a movement, is what the true idea of hip hop is in my opinion. Thank you for sharing Caesar! What can we expect from you throughout 2020? You can expect much more marketing and promotion for the project "New Chapter" as well as the Two-Track tape that are both currently out on all streaming platforms. Also, you can expect a personal project from the bro @Emandagawd dropping sometime during 2020. We will have some local shows and concerts lined up as well as some music video shoots for our music for 2020. It's only just the beginning. Stay tuned and we appreciate everyone apart of this journey. instagram.com/Johnmgbemena #BuzzMusic
