  • Loose Bolts Asks if He is “The Only One” in New Song/Music Video - Watch/Listen Now!

Baton Rogue native, currently living life in the Florida panhandle, Loose Bolts and his new song/ video for “The Only One”. Musically, the song is very linear and lo fi, but it certainly does call for this! Somewhere between LANY and Turnover is where you’d find your ears going to and if you like any of those acts, you know that’s a very sweet spot to be. Melodie wise, “The Only One” doesn’t aim for an overly infectious delivery, but again, it calls for it. The song is very short and for the last time, also calls for it! You aren’t upset at all when the end of the song hits, but rather curious to hear more from Loose Bolts. Speaking to the video, “The Only One” starts off with a film sort of vibe. It’s a solo performance shot of Loose Bolts performing in his new home of what we could assume is Florida. It’s very tropical feeling that very much compliments what is happening musically. A very nice visual touch to a very nice song. Do yourself the favor of listening to Loose Bolts and watching his video for “The Only One” today! • Jeffrey Krantz Shares His New Christmas Release: “Home Alone on Christmas Eve

Brought us from the players of Broadway in Nashville, today we are getting ready for the holidays in the best with with Jeffrey Krantz and his song “Home Alone on Christmas Eve”. Naturally, the song opens up with the clip from Home Alone of the screaming “KEVIN!!!” and that was enough to peak our interest! However, the good news it’s that our interest only peaked more and more as we listened to this amazing holiday song. Unlike most songs in this theme, there is a true sense of rawness, with lyrical content speaking to themes of alcohol and drug use, this song feels a little more human and less fantastical. The chorus is very anthemic, creating a vibe that you could imagine you and your friends singing along to in a Broadway Honky Tonk, side by side with a drink in your hands while you get over a love interest. Another thing about the chorus, it comes quick and several times in the song, really making it easy to catch onto what’s happening. The vocal melodies are absolutely infectious and it’s stuck in your head before the song is even over! By the end, you are curious what else Jeffrey Krantz can offer. Jeffrey has been in bands such as The Effects, who have toured 200+ days a year supporting Kings of Leon, Foreigner and Shinedown. It’s no wonder, this song displays incredible songwriting and true Nashville talent. You won’t be “Home Alone on Christmas Eve” with this song, it will make you feel as if you’re right there with all the company that you need. • Robert O’Connor Dedicates “River” to the Less Fortunate this Christmas Season!

Robert O’Connor is an artist from Dublin, Ireland who has a heart of gold and is very empathetic toward the less fortunate during the holiday season. “River” is a smooth song musically and is accompanied by the also easy digesting voice of Robert O’Connor. The song sets out on a mission to remind us of the less fortunate lyrically and also showcases how big Robert’s heart actually is. A lot of artists write about how they feel alone on Christmas, or being with loved ones. This song makes you think about the ones who have nothing during the holidays and inspires us to remember the true meaning of Christmas. The song is backed by light drums and other light instrumentation, giving more space for Robert to get his point across in his stunning vocal performance and lyrical message. Melody wise, it is truly infectious and after a while of the song being done, this is still dancing at the front and centre of your ears. Make sure you give a warm listen to Robert O’Conner’s “River” this holiday season and remember the true meaning of Christmas. Think about how your actions have impact and how you can give back to the people in need. Give a listen to "River" here! Thanks for being here with us at Buzz Music, Robert! “River” certainly pulls on our heartstrings during the holiday season. Why was it important for you to write this song? This is actually a cover version, I wish I wrote it! A lot of people didn’t know the song when I first played it for them, but it’s a Joni Mitchell song from 1971. It’s been covered many times over the years but I have always wanted to make a version of it that didn’t feel like a direct karaoke copy — I wanted to bring it into the same sonic environment as the rest of my own original music — and luckily I was able to achieve that working with my producer Stuart Gray. There's a starkness to the production that I feel really mirrors the lyrics. Taking the piano from the original out on my version gave it a certain hollowness, which I think really works on an emotional level. How do you personally try and act/ give back during this time of year? I would love to do more charity work. I actually considered making this a charity single but the logistics of making it happen and the timing just didn’t match up. On a personal level I think it’s important to have empathy all of the time, but particularly at this time of year when people really struggle — because there’s a consciousness that they should feel happy, and if they don’t, it feels like a shortcoming. Small acts of kindness go a long way, you never know what it can mean to someone who’s having a bad day. On a materialistic level I also love to shop for family and friends at Christmas, they act giving gives me more pleasure than receiving! Speaking to your vocals, you are very talented. How long have you been singing for and have you had training?  Thank you! I am not an extravagant singer, I always felt I had a simple voice — but that can lend itself well to country and pop, and storytelling type songs. I had some voice training when I was about 18 for a short time, because before that I wasn’t sure if I could sing or not, but something inside of me felt that it was something I wanted to pursue. If you could have one wish this holiday season, what would it be? Selfishly, for me? I’d love to finally have a breakthrough and have one of my songs trend — sometimes as an independent artist you feel invisible and like you’re on the outside looking in. I’m not even looking for mass popularity, I’d just love for my music for find a niche audience. Any last words for people listening and reading? Follow me on Spotify. I make a killer playlist — I’ve country, EDM, alternative Christmas playlists — I love discovering and sharing new and under the radar artists with my followers. There’s so much you’re not hearing on the radio, the best stuff actually. If you really think that Ed Sheeran of George Ezra is as good as it gets, like mainstream media tells us, you‘re missing out on so much more! facebook.com/iamrobertoconnor instagram.com/iamrobertoconnor twitter.com/robertoconnor #BuzzMusic

Meghan Pulles is back, and she brings Christmas cheer with her (which was desperately needed on a Thursday afternoon). We can recall that Meghan Pulles never anticipated a career in music. Ever since we heard her striking innocent sound, she was an unforgettable artist. And so, we're thankful she pursued music, which has been an overall life-changing experience for Meghan. Meghan seeks to aspire others, which is a highly respectable trait of artists. She uses her platform to affect and embolden others, and she continues this energy into the Christmas season! Our favorite time of year, Christmas, means we receive a vast collection of renditions on some of the best Christmas classics. If we're really lucky, we get new Christmas tracks that we can add to our annual playlist. Meghan Pulles contributes new Christmas content with her latest track "Three Christmases". It's as soft as you can expect from a Christmas single. Meghan Pulles maintains a warm ambiance throughout the entirety of "Three Christmases", and it made us feel extremely in tune with her in the moments of the track. Meghan's voice is one that is easy to listen to. She makes it an enjoyable experience to listen through her soundings, and to follow along with the heartfelt story presented within "Three Christmases". All in all, the track makes us feel at home, at peace, and ultimately happy (all the elements we should feel from a Christmas classic). Sway along with Meghan Pulles in "Three Christmases" here. Hi Meghan! It's great to chat again about your new music! We love your exclusive and honest soundings in your holiday release of "Three Christmases". What inspired you to create a Christmas single?! Hi! Thank you for having me. I always love chatting with you all and greatly appreciate the support you give me with my music. Ever since I was a little girl I have always loved listening to Christmas music and the feeling that it gives me during this time of the year. It really makes me so happy and gives me a sense of peace. I am really really happy lately and I wanted to really delve into my romantic writing side by writing a Christmas song that is full of bursting emotion of happiness and contentment and celebrates what it's like to be with your true love at Christmas. Can you share with our readers the dominant message embedded in "Three Christmases"? The message in my song "Three Christmases" is just telling how being with your love at Christmas can give you overflowing emotions of love and joy. It's a celebration of being in love at Christmas, and wanting to spend more and more Christmases with your person. Can you explain to our readers how music has helped shape your life? What do you hope to achieve differently, from an artistic standpoint, in 2019? Music has been my biggest comfort, and biggest pride on this earth. For someone who was raised around music in so many different ways, I think the influences of listening to all of the classic Christmas music songs has a big influence on my writing. When we are younger, we really soak things up without realizing, and I think I channeled some of that throwback honesty in this style of writing. I hope to continue to write, record, and release better music. My goal as an artist to write better every single time I do, and to stay very true to who I am as an artist and not be afraid to share the dark and light parts of my life. Your soft sound always draws our attention immediately. Does the mellow approach come naturally to you as an artist, or is it an aspect of your sound that required crafting? For this song in particular, My producer and I knew that we didn't need all of the bells and whistles or instrumentation. This is a nostalgic Christmas lullaby that someone is singing from the heart to the one that they love. I think being mellow comes naturally to me in my singing, and it's just really the product of honing into what my heart is saying and feeling that comes through. We hope you have a great holiday season! Thanks again for taking the time to talk through your release of "Three Christmases"! Are you planning on performing the single anywhere during the holidays? I hope you all have a great Holiday Season too! Thanks for having me, and thanks for always having such nice things to say about my writing. I am going to perform my song at an Open Mic tomorrow at my voice studio, but other than that probably just for my family or my cats ;) facebook.com/megpulles instagram.com/meghanpulles twitter.com/meghanpulles89 #BuzzMusic

  • Tyler Boone Lays it All Out With New Smash Single “Jealousy”!

Born in South Carolina, Tyler Boone has become an integral member of the Charleston community, as he co-founded the Charleston Songwriters Festival. Having previously worked on the city's First Flush Festival, he was familiar with staging large-scale shows. When the ever-energetic Luke Pierce contacted him about creating another festival, Boone's response was a resounding yes. Working with a small but well-connected team, the first-year lineup boasted John Paul White and Will Hoge, among others. Though it's uncertain at the time of this writing if there will be a second year, Boone remains fond of the endeavour. Jumping into the song, Tyler Boone’s “Jealousy” is everything you want from a Blues inspired Rock song and so is the music video. It’s rare that in this day and age, the visuals match the lyrical theme super well and Boone hits it here. Given by the name of the song, “Jealousy” is pretty self explanatory and it’s a great thing. The song speaks to being jealous in a relationship and the video shows how the outcome of that could result in the crumbling end of a dating scenario. The song is driven by heavy Blues/ Rock guitar work and is also paired up with the gutsy but very well delivered vocal performance of Tyler Boone. Tone wise, the guitar work is incredible and reminds the ears of The Gaslight Anthem’s last album, “Get Hurt”. By the time the chorus hits, you feel the story more than ever and you’re brought to a time and place where you were in the same position that Tyler Boone May have found himself in while being naturally inspired for “Jealousy”. All and all, a great Rock song with a great music video to accompany. Also be on the lookout for Boone’s Burbon! The drink that is brought to us by Tyler Boone. More music to be coming from this South Carolina Rocker so be sure to keep up to date. Discover the musical stylings of Brookelyn Rose through "Novocaine", here. Thanks for talking with us today at Buzz Music, Brookelyn! You recently moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, what was the biggest struggle with moving across the country? Are you hoping that moving to Los Angeles will help progress your music career? There were a lot of challenges I faced when I first moved out to LA. Leaving my family and friends back East was the hardest, and still is. Finding a community of people out here that I could rely on for love and support took me a while, but I’m so grateful to have so many meaningful relationships out here now. Moving so far away from home was a shock to my system; I had to figure out who I was an artist and person all over again and with that came invaluable growth and self awareness. I moved to LA because the idea of it scared me; I would be thrust out of my comfort zone with nothing to fall back on. That’s also the biggest reason why I knew I had to go. I believe that artists thrive in new and sometimes uncomfortable situations. LA is huge and full of opportunities to propel careers in music and entertainment. I came out to LA to connect with like-minded artists who are hungry to work and passionate about their craft just as I am. Your song “Novocaine” has beautifully delivered cryptic vibes. What message are you hoping to get across with this amazing song? Thank you, I like the idea that my song is “cryptic” (haha). The idea to write “Novocaine”, came to me when I was having a conversation with a friend of mine and she asked, “What does being in love feel like to you?”. Now, it’s important to keep in mind that I had been single for a couple years after going through a breakup and was over the idea of romantic love during this time. So, my response was basically the chorus to this song; ‘I feel nothing at all”, and then rest of the lyrics came flooding out of me. I like the duality in human beings; We usually see ourselves as the hero in our own life story, but there are things sometimes that could flip the narrative and portray us to be the villains. This is an idea I played around with while writing this song. To be honest, I’m not a huge fan of telling the audience what the message or meaning of a song or any art form is or should be. I like to put the work out and then let people interpret the music and lyrics however they see fit in their lives. To me, “Novocaine”, is a fierce anthem about what happens when you stop letting someone else affect your own emotional state and you embrace the “bad-bitch” within. How old were you when you realized that being a singer was something you needed to pursue? Music was always a staple in my house growing up, and I was in the first grade when I knew singing would be my career. Most kids have these dreams of being a “rock star”, but grow out of it by the time they’re in high school. I knew that it wasn’t something I was going to grow out of, I knew it was the path my life would take. Who would you say is your biggest musical influence and why? This is always a hard question to answer! (Haha) My musical taste has changed so much over the years but I believe each phase has made me the artist I am today. I grew up listening to funk and Motown, and then was a child of early 2000s pop. Most recently, I’ve pulled inspiration from Bishop Briggs, Donna Missal, Green Day and Beyoncé (always Beyoncé). These artists have captivating lyrics, booming vocals and an intensity that you can feel in every song whether they’re performing live or on a record. That’s important to me. The words that artists sing and how they’re being sung are important and I think that gets lost in mainstream pop music sometimes. When can your fans expect to see you live? Any plans to work on a bigger body of music? I finished recording 2 more new songs that I’ll be releasing in early 2020 and I plan on recording more songs throughout the year. I’ll be performing at venues in LA soon, so follow my social media pages to find out when and where I’ll be playing next! facebook.com/brookelynrosemusic/ instagram.com/brookelynrosemusic/ twitter.com/brookelynmusic #BuzzMusic

  • Maddisun Gives the Christmas Blues With Track “Single on Christmas”

From the mountains of BC, today we are given one of the more unique heart break Christmas songs we have heard! Maddisun gives us the heart breaking, but happy go lucky sounding “Single on Christmas”. Okay, we have all been there. We have all been single on Christmas and we have all had a hard time “waking up on the wrong side of romance”. Maddisun helps us out this into words and we are happy about it. The song starts right off with vocals, piano and jingle bells and light percussion. The song is minimal with instruments but the catchy vocals and melodies make up for it! The vocal performance is fairly linear but the song calls for it. You can tell by listening that Maddisun is more than capable of belting out a strong performance (and she selectively does in this song”, but she holds back for the sake of the song. The song has a lot of repeating moments, which allows listeners to easily follow along and by the second chorus, you can start singing along/ knowing where the song is going. By the end of the song, you are intrigued by her and want to dive into her originals. Good news is that Maddisun has a slew of singles that are ready for your ears! Be sure to unwrap the gift of loneliness this year! Listen to “Single on Christmas” and give Maddisun music a chance this holiday season! Discover the soundings of Maddiun here. Thanks for being here with us at Buzz Music! What inspired you to write a Christmas song this year? Is this something you’ve always wanted to do? Thanks for having me, again! I think I have always wanted to write a Christmas song. It’s a really fun attention grabber that you can utilize as an artist. When the holidays started to roll around this year I thought about my theme for Christmas, pretty much that I’m single and going to Palm Springs. I got pretty inspired to write about it, and once I finished writing the song I was determined to release it, so we spent around 12 hours in the studio over a couple days, and got the track mastered and out in the world. I was so excited that I decided we should do a music video too, so we filmed that and now its released as well! Very exciting Christmas if you ask me. Who was your producer on this song and why were they chosen? My producer is Raymond Gareau as per usual. He is a local guy and we connect a lot of that level, he’s got a plethora of knowledge on the industry and what sells, so we really spent some time crafting this single to be as catchy and fun as possible, while still holding that ‘melancholic Christmas’ sound. What is it like being from the mountains of BC and what impact does that have in your songwriting? The Canadian rockies are a beautiful and inspirational part of the world. I am in a fairly rural area (most Americans have no clue) and there are some really special sounds that come out of here. I find that if I am feeling clouded or uninspired I can go for a hike and feel something completely different, and connect to myself and the world around me again. It’s very quiet here, and you can escape really easily, so that definitely comes in handy for songwriting. If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why? Omg, Maggie Rogers hands down. She is so SMART musically, I wish I could afford to go to music school in NYC, she has sooo much fresh knowledge on the scene and how to create eargasmic music. Definitely a dream team. I also would really love to work with Burton Cummings from Canadian band The Guess Who, I have very strong classic rock and blues roots. Burtons vocals and piano licks are something I really admire and I cant wait to grow as an artist, and explore different genre bending. Classic rock meets folk/electronica? Lastly, what can fans expect next from you in 2020? Oh definitely a lot. I just got approved for some local funding, and I have applied for many other grants this year. I hope to finish the full album (I have slowly been releasing singles) I also hope to go on tour and see some of the lovely fans and followers I am gaining! There will definitely be new music, and some really cool performances and projects on the horizon! I feel like 2020 will be a big year for me musically… facebook.com/maddisonkeiver/ instagram.com/maddisonkeiver/ twitter.com/maddikeiver #BuzzMusic

  • Alex Beaumont Opens Up With New Single “Nothing Bout Me”

There is a classic saying that less is more, especially when trying to get a point across creatively. Today we are listening to the soundings that is Alex Beaumont. Her tasteful sonic choices in her new single “Nothing Bout Me” are noteworthy, and what makes us want to delve deeper into the sound of Alex Beaumont. . The song kicks off with a rhythm that's moderately heavy during the intro, then it's instantly accompanied by Alex’s progressive vocal performance. The drum beat is Hip/Hop influenced, while the rest of the song feels very pop-oriented. The mixture definitely creates something unique and refreshing on Alex's end! Lyrically, Alex expresses emotion-packed lyricism which she's able to successfully carry out throughout the entire track. Alex Beaumont is an expressive artist who ensures choice of instrumentation is minimal and carefully selected, which speaks to the theme of “less is more”. "Nothing Bout Me" is short and sweet, sitting at just under 3 minutes, you leave with everything you need. It's the kind of song you can listen to any time of day, first thing in the morning, mid day, or the last thing you do before bed. Be sure to keep up to date with Alex Beaumont and listen to her new single “Nothing Bout Me” on all major streaming services today! Discover Alex Beaumont's recent track release "Nothing Bout Me" here. Thanks for being with us at Buzz Music, Alex! Upon doing some research, it seems like you are from the UK and spend a lot of time in Los Angeles. What is it about London and LA that you pull influence from for your music? Hey! Thanks so much for having me. It's interesting because London, although it's home, it's so full of surprises like LA, really. London can be grey and miserable because it's always raining but you find pockets of the weirdest and most wonderful places, people and artwork, and it just inspires you. LA is almost the polar opposite. When I first came to LA, I loved the fact that I could visit places I’d seen on TV or places people have shared with me, but I realized, LA is completely different than all of those things. I think that's why I fell in love with it so much. My music has a lot of different roads and paths as well, much like LA and London. I think everyone translates music in their own personal way. It evokes a sort of emotion that is specific to them. What my listeners think, see or hear the first time won't be the same the second time they listen to my songs and I love that they can go on a musical journey each time they turn it up. So I guess you could say I pull my influences from home, whether that’s London, LA, with family or friends. Home is wherever I want it to be. The instrumentation choices for “Nothin Bout Me” feel carefully selected and well picked. Was this a conscious approach with you and your producer? You know what, the best things artistically and musically happen when there is just a vibe - no hard rigid plans, just space to breathe and move around artistically. I started to hear it come together and I knew I wanted horns, but other than that, it was just a vibe and we rolled with it. That's what I love about music. It’s art and open to interpretation, so each show might sound a little different, based on the energy of the room and how well my fans receive my music. What do you hope listeners will take away from this song? I think art should always stimulate a dialogue. We, as artists, create things that we put out to the world in hopes it'll spark a conversation. I love having conversations with my fans about what they took from the songs or what it means to them, because my view on what this song was about will be different to theirs, and that's what's so exciting about the art that I make. Where do you hope you can take your music in 2020? 2020, how are we entering a new decade already! Haha, 2020 is going to be big! I'm taking my music across continents and I couldn't be more excited to see all of the hard laid plans come to fruition! January kicks off my show in London where you'll hear new music yet to be released, and I can't wait to see what my fans think about the new material! Massive shout out and thanks to Alyssa at KX 93.5 FM in Laguna Beach, CA, for spinning Nothin Bout Me!! Because of this, I'll be back performing in LA (hit up my IG @alexbeaumontmusic to keep up to date of my shows) and I’ll also be writing and releasing more music. I'm so excited for the next chapter and this is only just the beginning! Lastly, where can people find you online? When is new music coming out and what do you want to leave your fans with? New music will be coming your way across all platforms 2020 and I can’t wait for you guys to hear it. Follow me on Spotify and IG to keep up to date with my show dates and new releases! It's attracting and quite effective in stimulating their audience. We know that the band is thinking of doing some future shows, so listening to the sound of The Dangerous live can be quite easy! Listen to the recent music of The Dangerous here! Welcome to BuzzMusic The Dangerous! What initially inspired you to form a band? How has the journey been so far?  Edgar - My group of friends has always consisted of musicians and our favorite pass time has always been jamming and creating music. It just made sense at some point to start recording and sharing what we've been creating with everyone. The inspiration now is listening back to a track that we worked hard on and feeling proud about it and being able to share it with our friends. The journey so far has been amazing, memorable, exciting, IRIE! Talk to us about the release of your debut album “Made Of Gold”. How was the creative process for this project? What are some challenges you stumbled upon? Edgar - Made of Gold, was very much a huge learning experience. Keviano (our drummer) and I, wrote the album in our little home studio. We both had a bunch of ideas stored in our hard drives. At some point, we just picked out our favorites out of the bunch and started developing them until we felt good about them. We essentially recorded an album that had never been played live so when the rest of the guys hopped on board, we had to learn how to play these songs from what felt like scratch. I think the biggest challenge was learning how to bring these songs to life and trying to deliver the same vibe that was captured on the record. What’s one of the main themes most of these songs have in common on “Made Of Gold”? Keviano- Most of the songs are about love and different types of relationships and smokin, drinkin, etc. Are the songs on “Made Of Gold” placed in chronological order and if so for what reason? Keviano- The songs are sequenced in chronological order. The concept of the album is the listener joining someone on a road trip. The listener tune's in on the driver's thoughts and memories as he goes on a drive towards his destination. Here's a gist of the topic of each song. Drivin: Going on a drive towards a destination and not letting anything hold you back from getting there. Kinky Lady: Expressing one's desire to be with a woman that is kinky and perfect in your eyes. One Love: A call for unification against evil and depression in the name of love. Gangsta: Paying homage to growing up in the hood. Chillin with homies from the skate park celebrating simpler times. King and Story: Waiting at a stoplight skimming through stations for a new slap. Made of Gold(For you): Evolving one's self to achieve a healthy relationship with that special someone. Vampire: Toxic ex-lover that keeps coming after you. She Comes and Goes: Consoling a friend that is down about his ex-love. Next to You: Conveying how exceptional and amazing your girl is, and how you love being with her. No Games: Not letting the pressures of making money and the struggle to make ends meet get in the way of one’s happiness. How would you detail the visuals in singles like “Drivin”? Keviano- Drivin was filmed on a rainy day at our studio which is located inside a small airport on the east side of San Jose, Cali. We shot performances inside our rehearsal room against a white wall which allowed us to key out the white and add layers of footage of our city. All the car shots were done along Capital expressway using Edgar's 91 Civic hatchbacks. We all took turns being filmed inside the car, then we got outside footage by driving alongside in my car. It was a fun day full of laughs like most. Matt our cinematographer and editor did a beautiful number on the final. The dude's brilliant. What’s next for you in 2020 The Dangerous? Can you hint to us a possible upcoming show if there is one? Edgar - In 2020 we plan to release a series of singles that will eventually be combined to become an EP. We're currently tossing around some ideas for visuals that will be aligned with the singles. In 2020 we have two shows already booked up. January 17th we will be at The Lagunitas Brewery in Petaluma. Then January 22nd, we're playing with The Wailers at The Ritz in San Jose. instagram.com/thedangerous408/ twitter.com/TheDangerous18 #BuzzMusic

  • Vida Sets the Vibe Right with New Single “The Moon”

Coming from the Bay Area in California, today we are blessed to be listening to “The Moon” by singer/ songwriter and producer, Vida. As soon as the song starts, you are instantly hit with a vibe of Lana Del Rey and if you are anything like me, you won’t find this to be a bad thing. At all. “The Moon” is a vibe that takes you away on a beach with someone you love and you’re free from everything else around you. The song starts with piano and guitar leads, then brought in is the spaced-out vocals with cool annunciations and melodies. The drums are trap-Esq and provide something unique to the Lana inspired sound. This song is a feeling of nighttime, I couldn’t imagine listening to this on a bright sunny day, but that’s just me. Very catchy vocal melodies that are also reminiscent of Nirvana, which is a listed influence of Vida. Lastly, the song is very short, just over 2 minutes long - but it’s enough to feel the Pacific Ocean in the captured vibe of “The Moon”. Thanks for bringing us there, Vida! There is more to come from Vida - she is young and powerful as she is a producer and taking the right steps to expand her craft. Lots to keep your eyes and ears on her for, don’t miss out and listen to “The Moon” on all streaming services today! Listen to "The Moon" here. Thanks for talking with us today at Buzz Music! How old were you when you first heard Lana Del Rey? What was happening and how did it instantly impact your art? I was about 12 when I first discovered her. Right, when I heard her music I just thought it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard and I thought to myself “I want to make beautiful music just like this” I tried to mimic her writing styling at that young age and would ask myself “what would Lana do?” What inspired you to become self-produced? making music has been something I would just do. But, I wanted to expand my abilities so I got a laptop when I turned 18. Making my own self produced music was just always the plan for me. I also feel like there aren’t enough female producers in the industry and I think there needs to be more. How do you find being so close to the Pacific Ocean has inspired your music? I love the ocean so much and feel blessed to live so close to it! I really like singing about the ocean because it’s a really beautiful thing. The ocean is so big and so mysterious and we really don’t know what’s going on in there. I guess it inspires my music in a way where I want my music to also sound a little mysterious. If you could perform anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? this one is hard because I would love to perform all over the world. I want to go everywhere and spread my music all over. But, if I had to choose one place it’ll probably be Italy. I don’t know I’ve just always wanted to go there, it looks pretty over there. Maybe the people would enjoy my tunes. Lastly, what do you hope listeners will take away from your music? id hope they take away how different my music sounds. I’d want people to listen to my music and think “hm I’ve never heard something like this before.” I also just want people to enjoy whatever I’m putting out. I love it when people can relate and connect with my music that means I’m on the right path. instagram.com/trashmag1c soundcloud.com/trashmag1c twitter.com/vidah8syou #BuzzMusic
